Adding Return Confirm Javascript To Asp.net Radio Button?

I want it so that when a user clicks on a radio button, it gives them an OK/Cancel javascript dialog box - if they click OK the code for the radio button will run, if they click Cancel, nothing happens.For a button I can easily do this by changing the OnClientClick property, but with a radio button I can't get anything to work properly.

I am working with a .Net 1.1 web application. There is a Save button that, when clicked, will pop up the Javascript confirm box. Once the user clicks OK a long running process is kicked off. We would like to show a busy indicator when the user clicks the OK button of the confirm dialog.
I have a javascript function and need to add it to some dynamically created radio buttons onclick from code behind.I've tried newRadioSelect. Attributes. Add("onlick", "javascript:toggle(this);")The code above adds it to the span tag that the radio button creates, any ideas how to get it on the input tag of the radio buttons?
I have an .aspx page. In this grid I'm adding a bunch of controls. The first control however is an ExtObject, not one of our preset VB.NET controls. When I go to access the value on the backend for this field with this code: form.AndOr.getValue() It doesn't work. Basically, the radio button value isn't saving when I save the rest of the stuff. So I tried to add code to do it. It was just defaulted to 'And' each time. Below is a snippet of code from the actual asp.net grid.

So right now, clicking the delete button executes the btnDelete_Click Sub in the code behind regardless of whether you click okay or cancel in the pop up box. I know I can add if (answer) { -- some code here -- } in my javascript function, but is it possible to use javascript to execute code from the codebehind? Or is there another way to do this?
I've got a huge problem here. I've managed to add javascript to my server side, but the problem it is not deleting. It doesnt have produce any errors so I don't know where to start:

i have problem that i know once someone answers, i will kick myself, but here goes. i need to move the text next to the radio button to the left of the radio button, that part is easy just make sure the the "right to left" is maked yes, got it. but, the problem is i am making a seating chart and the seats are labeled 10-a, 10-b etc.... when the right to left is set to yes my text reverses and becomes a-10 and i can't seem to figure out what is set in the properties the is causing the alpha to be placed before the numeric.

I am trying to get a confirmation box to display when the exit button is clicked. The problem is, my form is closing even when you click the "NO" button.

In this code i enter a name and it is assign to a radio button. but when i try to enter the name and click the confirm button it states"flight is full" i'm not sure where things are wrong.

In my project I would like to call an exe so that exe pop up will come with a Login Screen with 2 buttons Login and Cancel.In those 2 buttons, login button is focussed default. Now my application should invoke the Login button automatically. Means there won't be Pressing ENTER KEY or Mouse Button Etc. Just after the Login Screen, there is a 2nd Screen that has 5 different Radio buttons, the 1st Radio button is always the default. So I also want to click this radio button automatically without using the keyboard or the mouse. y intention is that, the application should do that automatically.
I have tried with getting the handle of the focused Button by GetFocus method and tried to send that handle to the application by SendMessage and PostMessage. But it's not working.So can any body give some suggestion regarding this?
User will use a button1.click to open a filedialog to locate the file they needed. after which, the name of the file will appear on a textbox. I am working on a little project and am having some issues with a checkbox. I am adding a number of checkboxes to an ASP table via code by adding rows and columns dynamically. This all works fine except for when I go to check them based on loading a preexisting record. For some reason some of the checkboxes are getting set to TRUE when the new row is added to the table. I am trying to figure out how to add radio buttons to the frmMain_Load. The 2 parts of InputBox will show up. The first one show up with the Consult's Name entered, then a student's name enter.
