Ihave a webbrowser prog that works very good, alls fine except I get script messages pop up all through. Is there :
1: Anthing I can do to fix it.
2: Any other Browser engin.

p.s the reason I'm doing it because even if you delete cookies, index.dat will have cookies saved for the current wb1 and won't be deleted only if you reopen the app.

View 9 RepliesI'm having hard time to get a captcha to picturebox1 using picturebox1.load because it creates a new request or something I dunno and the captcha images is not the same as i see over webbrowser1. so what I want to be able to do is use the same webbrowser1 where i see the captcha and using this webbrowser to grab the captcha image using picturebox1.load or save it to hard drive and load it after, how can I do that? when i go to captcha SRC with the current webbrowser1 I see the correct captcha image but if there is another browser it will mess it up (Cookies?)how can I save or load the captcha with same webbrowser1 to keep the cookies so i can see correct captcha image?

sometimes it will have finished loading the webpage before the program proceeds. Other times, even if it says it is done, it is not done and it causes my program to crash.

View 7 RepliesI want to use webbrowser to go to a web site. This web site has three possible screens that I can get when I try to visit:
(1) A fresh login page, where it does not seem to know me and asks my name and password
(2) The main page of the site, with me logged in from my last visit
(3) A screen that says something like: "Thanks for visiting and logging out. click here to log back in."
I want to make it so that the webbrowser 1 ALWAYS is able to get to the first kind of page. When I have webbrowser1 navigate to the specified URL I want it to *not* be redirected to already being logged in from last time and to *not* be redirected to the third kind of page.
I am trying to make a program so that it goes to the site, enters my username and password, and clicks the "login" button. This is getting messed up because it does not always go to the first kind of page, and, actually, most often redirects to the second or third screens, to my aggravation!
Is there some command I can use with webbrowser and my visual basic 10 program to make it so the webbrowser is NOT redirected without me wanting it to be, so that it always goes into the "fresh" login page?
