Exporting 2 MS Access Queries Into 2 Worksheets Of 1 Excel Workbook?

While I have no problem to to program the output of two queries into 2 separate Excel workbooks and worksheets via
DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputQuery, "QueryA", acFormatXLS, "filenameQueryA", True
DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputQuery, "QueryB", acFormatXLS, "filenameQueryB", True
I have tried without success to find the right VBA commands within MS Access to create and save only one file with two worksheets, one for each query.

I'm trying to delete all the worksheets contained in a workbook using the code below but I get this error:
"Attempting to call into managed code without transitioning out first. Do not attempt to run managed code inside low-level native extensibility points, such as the vectored exception handler, since doing so can cause corruption and data loss."

I tried to do this a different way yesterday and it told me I couldn't have a workbook with no worksheets. Is this written in stone or can it be done?

I'm trying to generate Office 2010 files (xlsx) in a vb.net project (Visual Studio 2010 fw 4.0).On my developing PC it works. Once on the server it generates an error:Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).On the server I tried with dcomcnfg and navigate to DCOM Config and locate Excel. To solve the problem I would have chosen Customize in the Security tab under Launch and Activation Permissions and add the account under which the site is running (our server task user) and assign Local Launch & Local Activation permissions.[code]

I want to write an Excel macro to set print formats in all worksheets in a workbook. I don't think you can do this by grouping; it appears you have to do it in each individual worksheet. I want to be able to run a macro in any workbook to loop through all worksheets in the workbook and then select the first worksheet.
How do you have the macro determine how many worksheets there are and set the loop counter equal to that number?

I have 2 workbooks( Book1 and Book2) with multiple sheets.I am only interested in one of the worksheets in the workbooks(both the worksheets names are the same).The thing is that the data is in the form of pivot tables, so each time i have to filter according to specific categories, copy and paste into another new workbook.The thing is column headings in both the worksheets are different,BUT BOTH the worksheets data must be combined into 1 single worksheet( row after row).
Meaning in Book1, my columns are in the form of Cost, revenue,margin and in book2, the columns are in the form of Cost,Revenue, Profit Margin %.... That means i must add a profit margin % column in Book1 and a Margin column in Book2 before I combine the data into a single worksheet. Each week, new data gets added into Book1 and Book2, so I wish to automate this by creating a code, so that when the source data changes, my new workbook's data also changes.

I have to generate about 800 excel files from an access database.
For the first 10-15 of them it's working nice, a few seconds/excel file but it's constantly taking longer, at the 150th excel file it's taking 10 minutes.
Here is my code:
It's doing this for each nrliste in the access table (about 800 of them)

What I need to get done here is not a GUI, like the SQL Import and Export Wizard, which can be run from the SQL (2000) Enterprise Manager only, but a code that I can run from within the Visual Basic For Applications IDE from Microsoft Excel 2003, maybe in the form of a module, class or userform or a combination of all three. The best that I have come across so far, was a class that first checks if the worksheet is in a database formattable condition, then creates the database, if it does not exist, a table and then transfers the data from the worksheet to the table.
I have tried the Access 2003 TransferSpreadsheet method, but that does not solve my purpose, because I want to move the data from Excel to Access, starting from the creation of the database itself.

So i am trying to add new worksheets to excel...not a problem there, but then I had a thought: What I really need is the proper code to add new worksheets on open that are named all of the dates in the current month minus saturday and sunday dates. I have been looking for a good Example of Code to Compare 2 worksheets in the Same work book I have not had much luck. The Goal when complete is to compare Sheet 1 to Sheet 2 Then the Difference Recorded on Sheet 3 as a complete row with a date Stamp in A . If it is just a change then it is color coated Orange. If total new entry that was not on the sheet then it would be green If a Row is deleted in would be Pink.

I have an asp:table which I want to exported to excel. One of my fields are alpha numeric and when exported to excel the leading 0s are stripped off. After going through this thread: Validation (CSS 2.0): 'mso-number-format' is not a known CSS property name I would like to use the css method "mso-number-format:@;.But the css is not exported to excel. I just tried to test it with simpler css things like bold font etc but its not getting carried over. I can see that if I surround my asp:Label with tags this change gets carried over to the excel but not the css bold . Other solutions in other thread does not work for me as ="00111" shows up as desired in excel but in the web form it shows up as ="00111" which is not what i want.

I am building an ordering system for my job. The idea is that the customer will put in a stage name for an item. That stage name is then interpreted by the program.The product id and the amount the customer wants to order is placed in a list box on the form. There are a couple of buttons, ADD, REMOVE, CLEAR, and EXPORT. The user input is handled by input boxes. When the user pushes the EXPORT button, excel should open and list out the interpreted product codes with the corresponding amount to order. I can get excel to open, but I can not get excel to display more than one line. It will display the first product, but then it comes up with an unhandled exception.I can not figure out how to get excel to return down a row and display the next product within the list box.

I'm trying to copy multiple excel source files into one excel file. My current code is working only for 3 source files..If more than 3 files are there, it doesn't copy the data but creates blank work sheet in the output excel file. Lets say I have a source folder with 5 excel files. Each workbook contains one worksheet with data. It copies upto 3 worksheets along with data into output excel file.
Lets say excel1 contains A as work sheet, excel2 contains B as work sheet ,excel3 contains C as work sheet ,excel4 contains D as work sheet ,excel5 contains E as work sheet .Now my output excel file should look like..OutputExcel with A, B, C, D, E along with respective data.But my current code is giving output as A,B,C worksheets along with respective data but its creating blank sheet1,sheet2 in place of D & E.

In the following code why does the message box display behind the workbook,instead of on top of it? It does this related to the line, app.Visible = True. if this line is commented out the message box appears in front, but there is no workbook visible. I've used the message box in other places without a problem. Is there something fundamental here that I'm missiing?

I think I am trying to do something simple. I am using this command:[URL]..Sometimes VB gets hung up opening the website. If this is the case, I want it to quit trying and move on to the next line of code.
For example, try to open the website in excel for 45 seconds. If still not open, skip and move to next line of code.

I have a .Net program that responds to worksheet updates of an Excel 2003 workbook. Sometimes when the worksheet is updated and I try to write related data to my forms, I'm getting "Cross-thread operation not valid...." errors. This confuses me, as I have never done any multi-threading in my program. Does the mere act of me responding to events of an external excel worksheet mean I am now multithreading? Is there a way to handle the events without multithreading?

I am working on an application where I need to locate a range of cells within a worksheet. Since the actual location of the data will vary for each worksheet, I have come to the conclusion that I can put a string near the range that I am looking for (i.e. the text "*SUMMARY*") and since I will know the location of the data that I am looking for relative to the location of this text string, it should work.
I have made some progress but am having trouble getting the Find method of the range component to work. My code is below. This code finds each worksheet and shows me the name but I also need to to find the location of the cell with the string "*SUMMARY*" in it (if it exists).
