How do you identify and delete a file in Visual Basic 2008??I know how to do it in vb2005, but the method doesn't work in VB2008.I'm basically trying to say:

It has 3 fields Name, Dept and Designation. I had no trouble using it in VB6.I know there is a .NET equivalent I can use, but I need to use API on this one.I changed some data types (long to integer, integer to short) but still can't get it to work. I build the application exe file already. The exe file is run well on my computer, but when i transfer it by copy and paste the whole folder to another computer it cannot run. I am wondering why this happen? the error is as below :
"selected collating sequence not supported by the operating system".
Will it cause by the different .NET Framework version? How can i solve this? Or any others way to transfer the exe file to another computer?

[VB 2008 express edition] i am doing a application data grid view bound data from MS access (.mdb) as my dataset. the dataset have 5 tables, each table consist of ID, Items, Rates, And Amount, i face some problem here:
a) cannot delete row from the table, (using binding navigator but error)
b) how can make a opendialog to load the .mdb file dataset table in to the datagridview?
c) how do i save table in the datagridview into the MS Access file ?
I try to rename a file by
file.copy(oldPathName, newPathName)
then
file.delete(oldPathName)
File.copy works.But somehow, a message saying oldPathName is being used by another process, when it tries to delete the old file.
