How To Transfer Values Between Textboxes On Different Forms

I am currently building a mortgage application and currently have two forms, the way the system works so far is the user selects an option from a series of radio buttons whilst a score is kept based on the options chosen, this is then displayed in a text box to the user, on the second form there are more choices, and a textbox to display the final score, what I can't figure out is how to get the value from form one to the textbox on form two when the user clicks next on form1 to get to form 2.

i have a question on how to add two values of placeholder on different forms. in the forms i put a placeholder for "correct answer" and "wrong answer" so one of this placeholder will have a value of integer. how can i add a value on the first form to the other placeholder of the other form.

I have a groupbox with a number of textboxes. I want to loop through all the textboxes, get their value( text) and add them all together and show it in a final totaltextbox outside the groupbox. This is what i have done but it does not work. The totaltextbox values do not change. Here is my code :

i want to transfer data from my textboxes to excel but in the same sheet because the data that i have is more than 50 lines and i want to put it little by little in the same sheet instead later to make some calculations in excel.i have code that is working but each time i click it creats a new book a new sheet i dont want that i want to add data in the the same sheet.

I'm new to programming so go easy on me.. I am wondering if this is possible to, send info that the user typed into a textbox to another forms textbox. for example you type into a textbox on form 1, you click a button to take you to form two and it shows what you typed in as a rich textbox, a label or whatever works, and have it be able to change each time you type something in to the first textbox.

I'm currently working on a simple Jeopardy game in visual basic. My selection choices are made from picking the proper radio buttons. Questions is; how do I connect the two forms (form_1 & form_2) so that is will show the proper points after answering a question? I'm using lbl or txtbox for bank total after each question.

I have a list box that contains an array of ID's in one form. On a seperate form I have a combo box. Basically I want the list of ID's from the list box to be transferred to the combo box in the other form so the user can select an ID from the drop down list.

I'm creating a database management program and I just got started. I will be using a login form and a form that is the management part. The MySQL connection will be created on the login form and I was wondering how to get it to the other form. What I thought I should do is create a public mysqlconnection property on the login form and just use it from there. I don't think I have ever known the correct way of transferring a mysqlconnection over 2 forms.

I am looking for a way to be able to use the tab control on my main form and transfer all 3 other forms onto that main form that has the tab control. Problem being is that some functions are named the same in each of the septate forms i want to bring into just one for the tab control.Is there a way to separate the code for each form ON the main form of the tab control so i don't have to rename/recode each of the 3 forms i want to place on the main form of the tab control? [code]so when i put both form1 and form2 code on the main form where the tab control is, its going to tell me that i have a duplicate function name.

I'm current doing a computer course at college, one unit being event driven programming - for this I must design and program a till interface?
- One being on each form I have a virtual receipt named lstbox, and I have multiple forms! The problem is the content of each form is not transfering to the next virtual receipt on the next form e.g. drinks selection form 1 you select a tea, it adds to the virtual receipt, but when you hit the button to go to the next selection form, the content of the virtual receipt does not carry over. Could you please help me ?
- Secondly, I have a payment form on my till interface which obviously allows the user to finalise the transaction by taking payment from a customer, what would be appropriate code to use for when working out customers change e.g. If you hit a �10.00 button for customers change, and the charge of the transaction is �6.00 - I wish for an output of amount of change to go to the customer!
Note - I have a vat, subtotal and total text box for where the data displays. So whether to take away from the total text box and work out change that way, or to use the correct variables in my program such as itemcost variable, order variable etc.

I started editing an existing code (basicaly to learn vb) without any real previou experience. Well let's get to the point; I have a form that gathers data from db ordering by user ID (on click count). I have one DataGridView with a list of user, some have data in db, some have not. I came so far that if I CLICK on a user that have data, all data is dissplayed in 6 dinamyc textboxes. If user has no data inly first (emty) row with 6 dinamyc textboxes is created.
Then I have a button that simultaneously adds a row of dinamyc textboxes bellow and multiplyies textbox04 (name is clickcount & 4) and textbox05 and displays the result in textbox06. I want to add a messagebox that shows if textbox04 & 05 are empty and in that case exits sub. Of course if they are not empty, their sum should be multiplyed in textbox06 (on 2 decimal places exact) Here is my code so far:

When I now tries to update the data in the box743 i get an error. Who says that I can not convert the strng to double.I use the tableadapter to update the database and both box498 and box518 updates without problems.But when I try to upgrade the 743 box I get the error.

I have textboxes which is placed inside accordian (ajax control).In pageload event i have written the code to load values in textboxes. But onload event one error is coming as object not set to instance of a object. Values are not coming in textboxes.
Then i tried to initialize controls in textboxes .Then the error cleared. But

How do i get data from a database and put it in to multiple text boxes?Basically i have abilling form with; name, address, etc.But i have a 'retrieve' function underneath which allows a name and post code to be entered and then the information above is automatically filled in if the name and post code exists.
