I've found plenty of places that allow you to write an XML document to somewhere on the hard drive although I'm wanting to link it in with the project so when the program installs it setups up the XML as well. This is also so when the program uninstalls it removes the XML.So I was wondering how I would go about writing to the XML document in my project, could it be done with Linq?

I tried unregistering the DLL (I know it unregistered because the script stopped working) and then I reregistered it again (whence the script started working again), but I still get the error in VB.Net.
I am trying to make an application that will take the information entered into the program and generate a quote sheet using Microsoft word. Right now I am having trouble creating tables in the word document. The user can choose to quote between 1 to 4 different products. If 1 product is quoted, then it will create a 6x3 table. If 2 products are quoted, then it will create a 6x5 table with the 3rd column separating the 2 products. If 3 or 4 products are quoted then it will create another table under the first table and follow the same rules as the first table. The program works perfectly if I quote 3 or 4 products but when I try to quote 1 or 2 products then it results in an error.

I believe there is a bug in the Microsoft Document Explorer, or help section, as my mouse constantly flickers between a pointer and an hour glass, and it's CPU usage is locked in at %50. It's not supposed to be doing anything, and it's like that.

The object is this situation, does exist. Error is caused at: document.getElementById line.What else could be causing the error?
Update:Index.aspx is calling the javascript function which is located in sysUtilities.js file. The source file is yet a seperate page (ChangeView.aspx)
Quick query...I'm trying to scan a long string and return any values that occur between the tags <FileName> and </FileName> I've got a bit of code here to use regular expressions to return the position of the occurunces of both substrings..Just wanted to find out if there is any way to scan for both substrings within one loop (as im currently doing 2, one for the first substring and one for the 2nd) so I can use something along these lines:

I have a Listview on my form with different files. I can selet a file en open it with the proces start method. To open the file i use the OpenFileDialog method and select the filename. This work very good. With the code below.
My question is if there is a method to get the selected file without using the OpenFileDialog Box. So when i dubbelclick the selected file the proces will start with open the selected file. Something like:

I am currently using the code below within a VB.Net application to find specific text in a Word document. The text is surrounded by symbols represented by the character codes in the .Text statement. The code below is working fine. The issue now is that sometimes the desired text within a document has been marked for deletion and appears as tracked change within the document. I would like to find only the desired text that has NOT been marked for deletion. Does anyone know of a way to determine if the found text is a deletion?

I'm have a program filled with forms for the user to enter data to determine fluid and reservoir properties. I want the ability to be able to print out the forms so they may be kept in binders. I'm using the PrintForm function from the Visual Basic PowerPacks but I'm having a problem getting some of the larger forms onto a single page. Is there anyway to zoom or autofit using this function? I've already tried adjusting the margins and that is not enough. I've been trying to look through the object browser but it hasn't worked very well yet.

The application works fine on the computer I wrote it on, but when I move the exe over to another computer (which I have installed PP3 and the .net framework) I get an error. The only difference between the computer I am writing it on and trying to run it on, is that this computer has vb.net 2010 express edition installed. What do I need to do from here to get this working?

I have another function that will print the contents of a textbox - I'd like to display this below the bitmap.
