Recalculate Amount When Combobox Value Changes And DataGridView Add A Row?

Firstly, i choose a Product, then Cover from Combo boxes and i get my Premium set to a default amount in the system. Thereafter i want the premium to increase when i add Beneficiaries in a GridView, I managed to do that but now before i save and i want select another Cover from my Cover combobox and i want the premium to change as well.

Now, i have 3 text box Fat , Protein , Carbohydrate I have one label and 1 calculate button to calculate the total calories How do i change the following code to perform such task?i) Add total sum of calories from Fat / protein / carbohydrate (No need enter all 3 value)ii) Create Error message on messagebox when value in textbox is character ( currently can't calculate because got error* )

These person is hired by her employee which it agree that the salary would be one penny the first day, two pennies the second day and four pennies the third day and continuing to double each day. I have to use a combo box to select the days that the employee will be working and calculate the total amount of pay that will received. Its not calculating right?

I'm searching the same title "Large amount of data in ComboBox" last 1 and half years but I could not get what I'm expecting! Here is my case, I have 20 thousand unique products, I just fill into dataset & bind only two columns in the combobox for searching & validating the product if it is exist in the product list or not.
1) I read about dataset but all articles are described "Dataset only for few records because it is sitting in-memory". If I fill few records (100 or 1000 products) into the dataset, how can I search & validate REMAINING (NOT FILLED) products?
2) Is there anyother way without filling into dataset and bind to combobox? Can anyone suggest me which is suitable for me?

have two forms, Open PO form and Bill Form. The open form is the one i use in retrieving data to the datagridview of 2nd form. when the info (ex. amount) of each item is retrieve to the bill form datagridview, i need the amount of each items to be automatically total appearing on a textbox. to get or to compute the total of amounts

I have a datagridview that has 4 colums(ID,Name,Amount) connecting to the database in vb.net and im supposed to do is that whenever the user enter records with the same Name the column Name and the column Id remains its data while the Amount value is either adding or subtracting depending the update situation. Is this possible to do this in datagridview?

i have a datagridview binded with the datatable via its datasource property....now i want to add the Amount column of the dgv and display the total amount in the textbox,if the amount is greater than a certain value then i want the cell to coloured red so i did this code and it worked great:

so if i say want to cruise 29 miles at 12 knts it gives me an awnser of 2 hours 24.6 mins instead of 2 hours 25. Although i do realise that 2 hrs 24.6 is technicaly right i was wondering if anyone here could help me with getting it into the correct format?

im trying to make a fast food program on which the user will input the amount that he has, then he will check on what he wants, by using check boxes. There are 7 different check boxes with 7 different amounts of money. I have the program somewhat finished (thanks for the people that helped me before) but theres still a couple of things that I still need to get finished but I dont know how to.I need to be able to get how much money the user has (this will be entered threw a text box, I think I accidentally messed this part up, because I cant get it to work right, (theres alreasy a permit amount of money in there and it needs to be what the user enters instead of the permit, 5.59, one) and this will be the maximum amount he can spend, then the user will check on the food he wants (and the program will add the sales tax also) then it will produce an answer saying if you have enough money or if you dont. But what im confused on is how do I get the users amount of money and make it the maximum mount he can spend and make sure it doesnt go over the amount that he has checked.[code]

I have combobox column in datagridview.I have loaded a particular database table column value into it from my mysql database. The combobox in all the rows is filled with my database value successfully.But i am unable to select values from it.
And my second problem is I am unable to retrieve the penultimate row values in datagridview before the new row which is automatically generated.The error for it is nullpointerexception. But i have values in that row.

I have a combobox on a datagridview on my form. The problem I encounter is I have to click the button twice to see the items at the dropdownlist rather than once at runtime. I though the problem was resolved but unfortunately is not.. I added this code to my form; Me.DgvReturns.Item(6, 0).Value = Me.DgvReturns.Item(5, 0).ValueThis Only affects the first line of the datagridview.. The second, third, fourth etc etc records are not reflected. Therefore, the vale of the textbox is not shown on the combobox.

I have a datagridview which have a ComboBoxCell, ComboBox is bound to data,, I want to use it as Traditional ComboBox,, I mean I want to display its Item (from display members) on the base of its value.
For example:
When I do this
Datagridview1.CurrentRow.Cells(4).value = 4 'Cell 4 is the DatagridviewComboBoxCell
It gives me the error that
"DatagridviewComboBoxCell.value is not valid",
But I want that this combobox should Select And Display the item which value is 4.

I bound a column ("Initials") of DataGridView (which is bound to dataset ds) to dataset ds2 ("employees"). I am trying to have cascading comboboxes within a datagridview.I have it partially working. dataset1 has 2 tables, with a parent-child relation built inDatagridview1 contains:column 1: combobox, bound to bindingsource 1 which is bound to dataset1column 2: combobox, bound to bindingsource 2 which is bound to bindingsource 1when column 1 is selected, column 2 choices are limited to those related to column 1however, if column 2 is chosen in a row that previously had data, and was loaded with the form, then its choices stay the same as the last row where column 1 was physically selected before column 2.I seem to need to refresh the binding source somehow to emulate how it works if I was to go into column 1 and make a selection by hand.H
