This might be a simple question, but how do I automatically have my form adjust it's width to the size of the screen on startup? I also need it to dock on the very bottom of the screen at startup, and it needs to stay above all other open programs.

I want all the listview columns to be in auto width. I tried adding the next line of code but then only my first column fills my entering listview width. All other columns are not affected!

What I am trying to do is fill the contents of the datagridview with the cell contents. There are two ways to do this.
1) Either set the DGV width to the cell contents width, or
2) Autoadjust the width of the cells to the width of the DGV.

This Winforms app has a toolStripComboBox within a MenuStrip container that displays Culture Info languages.The toolStripComboBox's width is not expanding to accommodate the size of the string. The strings are dynamically added to the combobox from underlying code. How do I get the comboboxe's width to expand? In VB .net, even though the pen width is set to 1, the thinnest lines are way too "thick". The equivalent line width in VB .net using a pen width of 1 is about the same as the DrawWidth = 4 in VB6. When the width size is no greater than 672, the messagebox will display that it says "the form size is greater than 672" which it sound didn't looks right for me. What I am trying to do is to check the width size that if they are greater than 672 then display the messagebox that says "the form size is greater than 672", otherwise if the width size is no greater than 672 which is equal, then display the messagebox that says "the form size is no greater than 672".

Now I want the browser portion to fill up the space as the window adjusts, just as firefox or IE would, but I get an error saying both Scalewidth and Scaleheight are not part are not members of 'Web_Browser.Form1'.
when ever the form resizes I want my combobox (placed in a toolstrip) to increase or decrease in length to make sure it fits. Say it's about 500px before the combobox and I need about 200px after it. How would I do this? I've tried the various methods for the textbox, but I can't get it to work with the combobox.

1. i need to resize the form to a suitable size depending upon the heght and width of my image
2. their are two buttons one should always be at the bottom right corner and other always at the top right corner.
3. How do i make the picture fade in.
I have a drawing image, Dim DrawingImage as Image = My.Resources.Img, which will be drawn on my form. The DrawingImage is supposed to be 64x64, but the Img.png is 114x114. How can I get this DrawingImage to stretch so that there is no cut off portion?
P.S. Is there a way to BringToFront this DrawingImage?

i got this code to change the desktop background from a forum.[code]the SetWallpaper function was written by me as the ChangeWallpaper only works on .bmp files.all these code works but my problem is that i need this wallpaper to be stretched because some of my pictures are smaller or larger than 1280 by 800 pixel which is my pc monitor dimensions. i've tried to tweak the ConvertBitmap function (as you can see in the comments) to produce bmp's to my screen size but it doesn't work.i need to set the pictures (.bmp or not) to be stretched and i don't know about dlls and stuff

When you resize the form the image is also resized and streched towars all directions. The point is that as you resize the form the image delays to be resized so the background which is black is showed.
