Now I want it to upload it when you click on a button WITHOUT needing to save it. how can you upload a picture from a picturebox? I want the picture thats in the picturebox to upload. The one im having now only works if you save it first:

I have developed a windows forms application in vb.net 4 which connects to a MSSQL database. I have used the built-in tools to add the data source, data connection and data set. (Data->add new data source-> etc.) The application is installed on staff laptops which may or may not have network connectivity and may or may not be able to access the server on which the database is held. Obviously this is causing unhandled errors when the program starts and tries to make a connection to the database. (using windows credentials) Does anyone know where in the code the connection is made so I can go in and add some error handling? Or any settings I can change to get visual studio to handle the errors nicely?

In short, I've made it possible to send strings, but... Sending Bytes and receiving them properly, I can't seem to manage.
How to make the picturebox appear randomly? And, when i click on them when it's is appeared, the score will +1? this is Whack-a-Mole, sorry that i don't know what this game's name. i name button like upload...when i click upload button, i can browse picture..so after i click a picture,automaticly picture will set in picture box and 1 folder like mypicture will be create on C:// and that picture will be transfer into mypicture folder..

I'm using the code below to send text messages, but sometimes I need to send a large text file (500kB - 1,5MB) and I'd like to show the progress.The only way this can be done is by sending the data in smaller parts (I think), but how can I do this properly? BeginWrite is asynchronous and won't wait until a previous part has been uploaded, so tracking the upload progress is not accurate.
Is there also a way to limit the upload speed, lets say to 25 kB/s?
