Short And Long Range Data Acquisition On PC?

And for the transmission of these signals, bluetooth is used for short range and GSM is used for long range.Now on the PC side for (LOW COST and GOOD) data acquisition, which module is required for the bluetooth and GSM respectively? and what's the algorithm to be used in each case?Also for testing purposes, if a cable is to be used which cable is appropriate?

Apr 19, 2011I'm trying to make a macro for a game, so I use long spells in a shorter amount of time. I'm having trouble with a lot of things. For starters I get the when I start the programs timer: "A call to PInvoke function". (I'm calling it a hack, but it's not a hack because it doesn't hook into memory addresses, only sends keys when the correct combo are pressed)

How To Pass Hyperlink Into RichTextBox
Oct 30, 2009In the following code I have an OpenFile() Function which opens a fileDialogBox, I then select my file (which will be a PDF) and return it back. My question is....When I get the filename and path, is there a way to take this path and put it into a textbox or richtextbox as a hyperlink? I want the user to be able to view the file once it has been selected and displayed on the form. But when I tried the following:

It said the "insertLink" was not a member of richtextbox. But i see examples of it all over the net.
Here is the code I have so far just passing the string to the textbox and richtextbox, I just need it to be passed as a hyperlink to the file location.

I have this, but it does not work right, sometimes it throws a value cannot be null exception, and sometimes it just replaces the wrong part of the link.

VS 2010 Converting String To Short?
Jan 5, 2011Working on a Sudoku program and I want to read a puzzle in from a file. So, I read the file in as a string in the form --3-2--1- and so on, where - means nothing starts in that cell. How do you convert a string to a short? I found the cshort function but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a different way or am I making some other mistake?
SudokuPuzzle is a string where I read in the file. squareValue(i,j) is the number is the ith row, jth column position of a correct solution I used 1 to 9, 1 to 9 as the indices for my puzzle (and just ignore the 0, though I did Dim as (0 to 9, 0 to 9)), so that is why I have the i - 1 and j - 1 in there.
