VS 2010 Only Allow One Form With The Prefix "Helmet_" To Be Open At A Time?

i am making a program that has a lot of forms. one part in particular has about 30 buttons that each open a different form. i need a way to only allow one of these forms to be open at a time.only allow one form with the prefix "Helmet_" to be open at a time you would be a god.

i have a program im working on that has 68 different buttons on 1 form. each button opens a seperate form. each from opened from the buttons starts with "helmet_" i need a way to only allow one form with that starting name to be open at a time. otherwise you could open all 68 forms at once and that would cause issues.

Example: in 08:00:00 open form1 and in 08:45:00 close it
And can I let the user enter the time to open and close the forms in the Basic Form?

I've got a VB.Net form application that dynamically loads user controls based on which navigation link the user clicks on. I'd like to make it easier to use at Design time by putting a link of some sort to open the User Control at design time. The link would go onto the form in the space where the User Control will be going. This just saves a little time from having to browse through the files to open the correct file.

I'm running VS2010, and I'm trying to open (or show) a form from a different project.My solution contains 3 projects: #1-The main program, #2-a custom control DLL, #3-a report generator project.I want to use a menu item click in project #1, to open (Load & show) a form in project #3. I have a button, and when I click that button, I want it to close the current form, and then open the new form.Here's the code I have so far:

It closes the current form, and then Form1 only shows for about a quarter of a second. (Appears then disappears really quickly). At least I think that's what it's doing.

I create an app, with it when I click a button it opens a new form on a second monitor.
This works perfectly, but every first time the app start and I open the second form, on my primary screen (right side) I see the border of the second form. When I click the button again, the form is hidden, and when I click it again, it appears again but then the border is gone. What I want is that the border is gone the first time and never appears.

I have a 3 richtext boxs where I add each line together and output to a textbox, all is working great. But the problem I am seeing is that I paste the contents from a spreadsheet which strips off the leading 0 (zero) from a 9 digit number into the 1st RTB.What I require is that I need to read each line in the 1st RTB and if the digits are = 8 then prefix them with a 0 (zero).
