Databinding - Unable To Show The Values In The Textbox?

I have a form with lots of textbox, and a dateTimePicker. All of these controls are binded to a JoinTableDataBindingSource. So when I wanted to insert a new value or update the values, I have to rebind all these controls to the respective tableBindingSource.So after saving all the values to database, I rebind them again to the JoinTableBindingSource to display the values accordingly.
All these works perfectly until I tried to bind the DateTimePicker. I am able to show the Date, insert new values to Date, and updating date.However, after all the binding and rebinding,whenever I tried to call tblJoinTruckTableAdapter.Fill (me.dataset. tblJoinTruck), All the textbox.Text becomes "Nothing". I am unable to show the values in the textbox.
Everything works when I commented off the binding and rebinding of dateTimePicker. I seriously have no idea what had happen.Below is the binding and rebinding of my dateTimePicker.'I have clear the databinding before adding this to point it back to its respective table.

I loaded up a checkedListBox with items from a .txt file. The .txt file has itemName, ItemPrice. Every item that gets checked shows up in a listBox on another form. The problem that I am having though is that I need to accumulate the itemPrices of the selected items to show up in a textBox, but the only price that shows up is the price of the item in the checkedListBox that has the focus. I have tried a few different things, but none of them seem to pan out. Any suggestions. I'll add the code to this so that you can get a better idea of what I am missing. I have a textbox on a form that I use just for output (read only). After doing some calculations I display the value in HEX string as feedback to the user like:
txtReg0.text=HEX(Reg0) 'Reg0 is a UInteger previously calculated
This seems to work fine except the textbox only shows all the HEX characters if the first character isn't a zero. Otherwise, it shows less depending on how many zeros are leading.I WANT to show all (eight in this case) the characters regardless.

I have the following code i got from another thread and modified it to be able to navigate through records. The first record of the table is loaded into the textbox, but will not navigate. Tested already with a combox and worked, so i'm sure there is data in the bindingsource.

I'm relatively new to VB.NET and am having a problem when Databinding a Class to a Forms Controls. Basically within the Class, when Setting certain String Properties I heck that they are not Null/Empty and if they are Throw an Exception. The problem occurs when I bind the properties to textboxes - when the textbox is empty I expect an error to occur (which I will handle). So does anyone have any insight or solutions into why the exceptions are not being thrown when a textbox changed to an empty string?
A condensed example follows:

I have a form, frm1 w/a combobox, cboLocations, which is being populated using a sql string. There is also a frm2 w/a series of textboxes and other comboboxes. I want it so that once a selection is made from cboLocations, the textboxes and comboboxes on frm 2 are populated with the corresponding data. Here is what I have so far:

What's happening right now is that I make a selection from cboLocations on frm1 and click on the OK button, frm2 loads, but none of the textboxes are populating and one of the comboboxes, cboDepot, shows the different data when you click on the down arrow, but it's not displaying anything it its text field when frm2 loads.

I have a LINQ to SQL DataContext with all my tables and all my stored procedures in it. Let me first start off by saying that we are upgrading our project from an access project to a WPF project. So in the Access project you could set a forms datasource to a stored procedure and edit and add new information. So in my WPF project on the page load I call my stored procedure to return an ISingleResult and then call a function to set the binding on every single textbox on the form. One is there an easier way to do this and two what if I want to add a new record since the textbox's are binded to an ISingleResult?

I have a form (FRMQUESTIONNAIRE). It contains, a listview table, a panel and picturebox, 2 combobox, 10 questions with 5 radio buttons each question ( A survey),A log number id (I just used Label in here) and 2 buttons ( save and skip).
Problem: When I click one item in listview table, the picture captured realted to the item click in listview table will be shown in panel beside it. However, the problem start to happen when the log ID is not appear accordingly based on user selection on listview table.
What I reckon start of the problem: - Previously The listview table(listview1) in frmquestionnaire was in frmqlist(another form). But to suit user requirement, it has to combined with frmquestionnaire. In frmqlist, I use a label Image. This form contains the similar details in frmquestionanire except there are no 2 combobox, 10 questions with 5 radio buttons each question ( A survey),A log number id (I just used Label in here) and 2 buttons ( save and skip) But it have a button(Proceed to survey). Having said that, when user click an item in listview(Frmqlist), the picture will be shown beside it. User will click button proceed to survey and frmquestionnaire will pop up. Here, It shows the correct Log ID based on user selection in frmqlist.
But now....
I have combine everything in frmquestionnaire. I am facing as the LOG ID is not showing according to the selection. As a result, I can't save the questionnaire answer as well as this log will be used to save in database.

I am writing a simple code that will hide a window, or show a window if it has been hidden. I am using showwindow() to do so.

I'm using a pattern of buttons verticle, & horizonal, to produce a 2 dimensional matrix (6 deep, 25 wide .) The sequence is repeating, but offset from horizonal line to line. the values are 1 thru 12. there are corresponding files in the "My.resources." file carrying names related to the buttons. If the "my. Resources" filename is say.., "1,3,4,6,8,9,11,12 " & the buttons pushed have produduced the string "1","4","6" then the prestated file carries all these values, and therefore should be selected. All integers of the textbox list must be present in a "my.resources" file to show the file. There will be multiple files in the resource file that will fit. (My ultimate intention is to show all files that fit, somehow. I'll have to, eventually. I'm still writing this, and changing it constantly. )the question is, "How do I get the computer to link the textbox integers to the resources files? EDIT: I am able to pass in the string perfectly when using Visual Studio 2005. But when using VS 2003 and a loiwer .net framework it will not let me, unless I hard code it in.
Could something be enabled/disabled on one of these instances of VS? Or could this just be an error with the older versions of .net? I think I am using 1.1??(will have to check) in 2003.

I am not being able to retrieve from my access database in vb. Here is my code that points to the problem:

The problem I have here seems to me that the comparison between is crop_year =? where ? is the placeholder for Convert.ToInt32(cyrNote.SelectedItem.Trim) which is a value i get from a combobox cyrNote and try to convert it to an integer using Convert.ToInt32() so that it can be compared with the database value crop_year which is defined as integer in the database.
The problem here though is that the select returns null. I tried to replace the placeholder ? with a known value like "2011" and it returned a value. This means to me that my comparison crop_year=Convert.ToInt32(cyrNote.SelectedItem.Trim) is negative yet I expect something positive. I've tried to google on how to convert to integer and that is the best I could get.

I have an asp.net web forms application. In this application, students upload assignments and submit a survey along with it. For the survey, I read values from DB and dynamically generate ASP.NET Controls like radiobuttonlist, checkboxlist, textbox on the form during gridview's RowDataBound Event. I cannot do it in Page_Init method because I create only if a user click on a specific assignment which requires a survey to be submitted.
When I submit the survey form, the survey values are not saved into database. During debugging I figured it out that the values are not available in the codebehind page. The radiobuttonlist.selectedvalue returns and I get following error[code]....
