i apologise where i made a mistake it is the queries have been docked but on the toolstripcontainer must dock to fill form which loses the datagrid view andevery thing else hw do i get it back and keep the queries.

I Have a database program which imports data saves it to a database and then on a separate form analyze the data i have a number of queries docked but i had to click dock to fill in form and ive tried for hours by but cant retrieve what originally was on the form otherwise queries are useless.

I am building a fairly simple Warehouse Inventory Application that warehouse employees will use to count and inventory stock on hand from products around the warehouse and then check if any quantity errors occur between stock on hand and logistic quantities.I have created a custom Inventory table that I would populate with records like {stock_code, Description, Quantity_remain, quantity_avail}. Those records already exist in 2 different tables in my database. The aim is that I want my program to fetch daily 10 random codes from the stck table, and records about their quantities,bringing together the "columns" that my new custom table has +2 more editable columns: inventory, date, user with a query like this:[code]
As you can imagine my custom table contains the exact same fields as the query suggests + 3 more.I use the the stck table to fetch product info like its code,description, its group_code, categ_code, and then I outer join the stck_x_th that contains records concerning quantities remaining or available asociated with each product code and the "places" those quantities reside in the warehouse.Then, store them in a datagridview control, with only one editable column -inventory- (user and date columns are auto-populated with default values), and then when the user fills out the inventory quantites, I want to save the datagrid "as it is" in my new custom table.I am creating a databound gridview control using one table adapter (which refers to the inventory table). Then I add to my table adapter using "add query" the forementioned query with a fillby method to populate the Datagrid (and therefore my Table in SQL) with the exact same values my query returned from the different tables. But whenever I try to update the table concurrency exceptions raise.It works like a charm if I enter the values in the grid cells manually, without populating the grid control with the new fillby method my self but not if I populate the grid via a query and then hit update.

2nd question. How can i bind other queries from different table to these columns. like Column[2]and Column[3] should come from a different query.

I searched the forum for this and couldn't find anything. Maybe someone can help me on this.I have a child form that has a ToolStripConatiner that holds a ToolStrip, StatusStrip and a PictureBox. I need to have scrollbars when the picturebox is larger than the form. I set autoscrollbars to true on the form but after I added the toolstripcontainer, the scrollbars no longer appear.
The toolstripcontainer is not docked but is anchored to the top,left,bottom and right. I tried unanchoring from the right and bottom, but still no scrollbars.
Does anyone know of a way to make the scrollbars appear, or maybe I am doing this all wrong and can give me a clue.It all works like I want it to except the scrollbars do not appear anymore.
Title says it all. I want the ToolStrips to remain on one row, and for the user to be able to rearrange on that row but not create additional rows. I tried using SetBounds on the LocationChanged event, if the user attempted to change the Y position it just sprung right back. However, this created some visual bugs, such as the mouse always jumping back to the location and the ToolStrips jumping around randomly (while dragging one, the other would hop around randomly on the bar...)
I also tried setting the MaximumSize of the toolstripcontainer panel, but it allowed the creation of a new row anyway (in which the toolstrips were hidden.) EDIT: Its been a few months, still no answers...is this even possible?
Ok Im needing this to go through each row in the datagrid view and it does that fine and it sends an email if the time in the row matches time now but if it doesnt I get an:

These two fields have been populated with false and true values.
On my form, I have a datagridview which is populated with various values from tblProjectpatients.
The problem am facing is that the checkbox's for Yes and No on the datagridview are empty at runtime eventhough at the backend they have either False or True values.

i'm having with a problem to refresh my datagrid view. I have 2forms and a database create from msaccess2010. This programme is too simple, in form1 requesting a costumer name and save button. After being saved, it'll show form2 which is database in datagrid view. Yes, in first save the name of costumer are being shown there but after i close (which is 'hide' actually,i cant use 'close' due to particular reason) and reinsert the data in form 1 and save it,the second data are not being shown in form2. But when they drag it to the sides, the ToolStripPanels become completely stretched because the text is still drawing horizontally. I know I can set the TextDirection property to make it draw vertically, but I can't figure out how to check the current position of the ToolStrip, and when to check it (which event?)

I am trying to add datagridview control in my custom control but i failed.I started creating new project[windows custom control library], added datagridview control on it and also added a property naming "DGVMain" which refers to datagridview control.I compiled it.
While testing i find its properties like visible and other working but when i click on columns property it doesn't work. i.e i cannot add/edit columns into the datagridview of my custom control.
Did i miss any steps or do i need to add some more actions?
