I need to open a password protected Access database from VB and I'm trying to use the Process.Start method and have had no luck. I have tried this seversal different ways and can't seem to get it to work. Here is an example of my closes attempt:

I wrote the program to open each file and than close in a particular order so that all files are updated and than closed. Here is the problem: I can not get the program to auto enter the password.
The code is simple so far

The problem is that I have to enter the password in for all files. Which of course the average user will not have. Can somebody please help with the code for the password. If you post a code use the password "team" so that I know exactly how to do the code.

I am using the Process.Start function to open a program based off a registry value. It works, sort of. Here is the snip of the

The program opens with the correct registry value, but the program itself does not run quite right. This program feeds into Intergraph and brings up the selected drawing, but there is a feature of intergraph that doesn't work. If I manually start ( double click ) pdsicon.exe the program works just fine. It only when I call the process that it doesn't work quite right.
I'm presently creating an application which uses Access2007 as the database. No problem there. But Since most use Excel for data-entry, i've created two tables in access linked to excel source file. Any change in excel will reflect in Access database and subsequently in my Application . Until now my application only reads the database and displays records in DataGridView. These records, i then export to excel along with other formatting for direct printing as a report as I have no idea how to make report. Now i want to add data-entry capability to my app using password-protection user-access. So i can directly add new record to source file. Also need to know if There's any way of eliminating Access from the picture entirely....

The error message I receive is...'T:vb_mt7MTrackBE.mdb' is not a valid path. Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.I've done the obvious and verified that t:vb_mt7MtrackBE.mdb is a valid path.

I have worked out the steps required to open a non-protected PDF. Adobe tells me that it is not possible to pass a password to the PDF using the objects that come with the PDF Control. My question is can this be done in some other way, e.g. with WinExist etc.? Is WinExist and other such commands even available in Visual Basic?
