I am loading a table into a textbox and the contents of this textbox I am then writing to file.. But this file looks now like this:
7226218; Hemlock; 22,55; 0
7711175; Pine, Radiata; 12,45; 0
2229886; Pine, Arkansas; 15,25; 0
1822722; Pine, Sugar; 11,55; 0
5255228; Douglas Fir; 9,75; 0 .....
I want to have it aligned in those 4 columns separated by ";"
(I am using courier new, 10 as lettertype)
I seem to be having trouble finding out how to right align the text in listview columns. We have common listview control at my shop and I need to align it at run time. Currently dollar values are left aligned. Alignment. doesn't have right as an option.

how to read a text file that is column aligned. I understand how to read a delimited file (i.e.: comma, pipe, space, etc.) but the file I need to read is column aligned. [Code]

I have Dataset ds filled up with values Until now I was displaying values in GridView. Now I want that all the rows should be columns and columns should be rows.I have 2 options: Either 1 I can directly convert grid to columns and display it, or 2 I can convert the GridView to html and then write loops to convert. I've got a program which displays data in a listbox in five columns. All are separated using one or more ControlChars.Tab. I want to write these columns to a text file, however, when I do, my columns lose their alignment. I can change alignment so that it displays nicely in text file, but then it is off in list box. Is there a way to get what I see in my listbox to display the same way in a text file - maybe a different way of separating my columns (not using ControlChars.Tab)?

But it would print out wrong it would start in the middle of the document and print everything to the right making it go way to the right and off the page. Since then I changed it to what is in the code block but its still not right

Essentially my program asks the user for their name and a number, and it stores both values in a text file. However, when retrieving the code from a particular line it cannot separate the number from the person's name.will I have to use a new line for every entry, or is there some way to tell my program to differentiate between columns in the code?

I have two tables Employees and CafeLogs. Some employees can be cashiers and also customers at the Cafe shop.
Table structures:
Employees: EmployeeId(PK) , FirstName, LastName
CafeLogs: LogId (PK), CashierId, EmployeeId, Value, => CashierId and EmployeeId are the data from column EmployeeId of Empoyee table
Table relationship:

All three users reference the users table. So how do I can I query the tickets table and get all three users that reference the same table storing the users?
