I have column memo in datagridview memo column cells has some time various number of words. If I put more words in memo column it gives scroll bar at the footer I don't know how to wrap text in them cells programmatically. Just want to fix column width and wrap text vertically. does it increase height of cell as well.

I have 10 fields showing in datagridview. As the last 5 columns header is long, the datagridview is not fitting inside 1 page (not showing all 10 fields in one single page). But is there a way i can "Text Wrap" the top header column and lock in the width, then it should print across one page perfectly. How I can "Text Wrap" the top header column and lock in the width to print across one page.

I have a DataGridView with cells from a database file that contains data. Basically, I want to get the text from the selected cells in the DataGridView and display it in a textbox at the click of the button. The code for the button click event is:

I use "dgMatrix.Rows(r).Cells(c).Value = x" to assign individual numeric values to individual cells in a DataGridView control. My question; is there a similar way to change foreground color and make bold the text in this cell, by specifying the individual row/column cell location?
For example; for cell (row 3, col 5) in the DataGridView make text in cell say red and bold or blue and bold so as to highlight and distinguish individual cell contents. I'm having problems with getting a rich text box control in vb.net to automatically wrap text to a new line when text is "loaded" from a text or rich text file that was created with an editor such as wordpad. Both the multiline and wordwrap properties are set to true. Also the RightMargin property is set to the width of the rich text box control minus 20.
It seems as though the word wrap function only works when I'm typing text into the rich text box. But I need it to work when I'm loading text from a file in the format of .rtf or .txt that was created with a text editor such as notepad or wordpad.

I'm current in college and working on some computing coursework and putting the finishing touches on it when i stumbled across a bit of a problem.I'm trying to compare two cells in a database and i use datagridview to display the database in my form. The database is created by sql commands within my actual program if that makes any difference. What i have created for my coursework is a program that manages the stock and such for a small music shop and in the stock table im trying to compare values in two different collumns, but in the same rows. I need it to display a message box in the event that the value in the one cell is less than the other, which is basically checking if the stock for a certain CD has fallen below the reorder level.
