IDE :: Move The Mouse Up, Down, Left, Right And Diagonally?
Aug 6, 2009
having some problem with the programming of my cursor. These are my codes below and so far when I run the program, my cursor only moves in one direction. It doesn't change in direction even when I press the other keys to move it in another direction.
'************Channel 1 'To move cursor up and down.****************** If detectMovement = True Then
Form 1. I have 1 picturebox with image how to make when they move the mouse to the picturebox to show in right or left a new window (to read from form2) and when they moveout the mouse from the picturebox auto to close the window
Im trying to move a picture diagonally when I click a button but the code Ive been trying to put together isnt working, could you pales tell me how im doing wrong
Private Sub Button2_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Button2.Click Dim i As Integer i = PictureBox3.Location.X Dim o As Integer i = PictureBox3.Location.Y PictureBox3.Location = New Point(i + 1, o + 1) End Sub
Apologies as this has probably been answered a million different times a million different ways already. I'm trying to control the mouse. I wish to move the mouse to a given pixel position (x, y) and cause a click. I don't want this to be limited within a form, as I want to control another application. I'm using VB 2005.
I'm currently debugging a form that sets a flag when the mouse button is pressed, then clears the flag when the mouse button is released. As long as the mouse button is pressed, the user can move the mouse around and a few things happen depending on where they move. One of the things that happens is that a timer starts, or stops, and a few things change color depending on the mouse position. The timer starts when it should, then stops when it should, but once stopped, it is not re-starting when it should. I can verify that MouseMove events are getting through, because coloring changes as I move the mouse, as it should. This would be a simple thing to debug...except that it requires the darn mouse button to be down, and it uses the mouse move event. Anybody who has put a breakpoint in a mouse move event handler knows the issue: There are THOUSANDS of them. Worse yet, since the mouse button is necessary for switching to the IDE, as well as setting a breakpoint (technically, a keyboard shortcut could do this if I could shift focus), I can't wait for the problem to happen, then switch to the IDE and set a breakpoint to see what is happening then.Does anybody have any tips or techniques for debugging in mouse move events when the mouse button is down and has to stay that way? As it is, I'm going to have to write some funky code into the method just so that I have a place to get a breakpoint when I need it without breaking on every one of the mouse move events.
If I put this code in the form, the mouse will be moved once. I want it to "freeze" the mouse at the point that its moved at. If I put code in timer (which it is now), the mouse will keep searching for the color, so the mouse moves around like crazy. How do I change my code so that it will "freeze" the mouse once it finds the color? [Code]
create a windows app. project with one form and 2 buttons ( if you tell me how to do one of the buttons, I'll figure out the other one). When you click one button it should move the form 2 pixels to the left. The other should move the form 2 pixels to the right. As a hint, he says to use the form's "LEFT" property -- but, I don't see "LEFT" in the properties window for the form.
i wanta a label to move from right to left just so it looks good just for a grafic and stuff is that possible without a timer cuz i dont wanta like make my user's computer so slow with all these timers
The piece of code below works fine. The label is moved from left to right, however, it doesn't start again from left when it reaches the end of the window, instead it goes from right to left. Please could anyone tell me how I can modify it so that it starts again from the left whenever it reaches the right end of the window.
i have a timer on my form and was wondering how to get my timer to count down from 30 to 0 and when it gets to 0 it shows a message box saying you have failed?.Also how do i get a label to move up and down and left to right?
I have an application in Visual Basic Express 2008 that just has a Windows Media Player control on a blank form. In order to prevent the user from double clicking which would result in the media player full screening, I want to disable both right and left mouse clicks on the form and Windows Media Player control. Any suggestions?
I want to make a Windows form that it's exist a button, and if you click that button, then the mouse cursor will move to a choosen X and Y coordinates and after that the cursor will click left or right. But how do I make that?
On my window form (the program). Their is a progressbar and a webbrowser. How can i make so the click-function waint untill the progressbar is 100% loaded, then click? The progressbar is follow the webbrwoser, you know
I want a picbox to move across a screen then back to where it started (for a space invader game:
the following code is what I have for this task.
Code: Private Sub AlienMovement_Tick(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles AlienMovement.Tick If Alien1.Location.X > 20 Then
[Code]....
I can't make it < because thats not logical, can't make it = becasue that doesn't work, can't make it > becasue then it will only bounce back once. Is there another variable I could use?
I want to send a left mouse click to a DataGrid. I've tried the below code with SendMessage and PostMessage to no avail.
Private Declare Auto Function PostMessage Lib "user32.dll" (ByVal hWnd As IntPtr, ByVal msg As Integer, ByVal wParam As Integer, ByVal lParam As Int32) As Int32 Private Const BM_CLICK = &HF5
I have to make a bouncing ball game application. all the code is given to me except for code to move the paddle left and right, and code to start the game. i have to write an if...then statement in a keydown event handler that tests whether the user presses the s key. i then have to add an elseif statement that tests whether the user pressed the left-arrow key and whether the paddle's horizontal position (rectangleX) is greater than zero. if the paddle's horizontal position equals zero, the left edge of the paddle is touching the left wall and the paddle should not be allowed to move farther to the left( i am not sure how to do this part). if the conditions are true in the if then statement, the paddle's x-position should decrease by 10. then i need an elseif statement that tests whether the right arrow key is pressed and whether the paddles x-coord is less than the width of the form minus the width of the paddle. if it equals out the paddle should not be allowed to move farther right. if both conditions are true the paddles x-coordinate is increased by 10
This is the code i have written:
Private Sub BouncingBallForm_Keydown(ByVal sender As Object, _ ByVal s As System.Windows.Forms.KeyEventArgs) _ Handles BouncingBallForm.Keydown
I am trying to make a program that AUTO left clicks the mouse according to a set second interval (This will be repeated in a loop) What I got so far is test event going on because of course you have to brake the loop somehow and stop the emulation of the left mouse click.
I have on my form a Text box and I dont know how to go about this. I want the Keyboard buttons A & S to be used to start and Stop the Loop and the Textbox to take in the input form the user in seconds.. and loop it until the user pusses S to stop..
1).. Use the Textbox on the form to let the user input the time interval between clicks...
2).. Use The Keyboard's (A) Key to START the program's Double Left Click Loop.
3).. Use The Keyboard's (S) Key to END the program's Double Left Click Loop.
4).. The Program MUST INFINITY Loop Mouse DOUBLE Left Click (UNTIL USER Presses (S) Key) (A=Start, S=Stop)
5).. The Emulation of the Clicking itself has to work in all Windows Maximized or Windowed Full-screen even on the desktop or within other programs like games. (EXAMPLE: Can run when a game is running at Full screen or windowed.
I'm sorta confused on how to do this seeing that I never dealt with emulation or events with the mouse itself. However I do know that there has to be certain key press events and a true or false statements placed in code.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit Visual Studio 2010 W/Sp1 VB.Net 4.0 and lower All installed.
I am using vb.net and i want to fire/execute labels mousehover and other events when user pressed mouse left buttion. For Ex.: i want to execute mousehover event when user pressed left mouse buttion. Without pressing left buttion you can execute but i want to execute with press.
I'm running a survey to count how many times a user clicks the left mouse button. But the mouse click applies outside of the form, even applies to clicking start or other locations of the of the PC when the form has been minimized with a NotifyIcon. I know how to count the mouse clicks within a form but not outside the form. Somehow I feel I need to use a timer event but need it to apply outside the form. The timer tick event doesn't have a e.button event or mouse down event or mouse click for that matter. Whats a good way to get this function to apply outside the form?
how i can disable completely mouse and keyboard input on a WebBrowser object using Visual Basic 2008 i have this code:
Dim CarImp As New DirectoryInfo("C:VSEPRN") If CarImp.Exists =
[code]....
i generate a small HTML file on a hard disk, put the AxWebBrowser2 object navigate to the file, all works fine, but i need to diable all user interface on that object. If the user clicks on object, the page reloads completely and i need to avoid that behavior.
