Word Wrapping - Cannot Select Last Line Of Richtextbox (when A Line Is Wrapped It Becomes Two Lines)
Jul 5, 2009The following code selects a line ina richtextbox. It works OK expect from one problem:
When a line is biger than the size of the richtextbox, it wraps it. This create a big problem as I can not select the last line of the richtextbox (when a line is wrapped it becomes two lines). When I set wordwrap to off it works just fine

Loading Images With Different Filenames Using One Line Of Code
May 27, 2011I am currently new to visual basic and I am using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010. I am trying to create a small game in which i want to use 8 images. These images are imported in my resources under images as _0.gif _2.gif up to _7.gif. I could write code for each of the imageboxes individually but i prefer doing it in an array as shown below. As you can see I use the variable "i" to run a for, next loop.

So that not every time it loads the image. _1.gif but it loads the images _0.gif through _7.gif, based on the "i" variable.

Dec 15, 2011I've got a Program and a text file, this text file gets load into the list box but that's not the problem. The problem is that when I make the text file it makes a open line and this line gets loaded into the list box and I don't want empty items.

I am trying to test the Forward and Backwards capabilities.. but if you do the following:

It doesn't run the DocumentLoaded or the Navigated() event until it is to late. To run integrated tests I would need to either wait for the result.. Or does the URI even get loaded at all if the Control is not visible?

I am using a System.Web.UI.WebControls.TextBox with the wrap property set to "true", my problem is that when it wraps a word, it moves the whole word to the next line, what i want to accomplish is for the textbox to wrap, but not move the whole word, just move to the new line when the text reaches the right side of the textbox.
Example, imagine a textbox 10 chars wide.
This is what happens:

But if I set the wrapping to false, it just will keep expanding the width of the textbox on the same line. I was thinking of setting the wrap to false, and use the onTextChanged event to check the length of the text and manually trigger the new line. is there any easier way to accomplish this?
