RTB - Allow User To Switch Between Bullet Styles?
Sep 20, 2009I have a rtb and I need the user to be able to switch between bullet styles. How would i do this. I can not figure this out, i do not even see a bullet style properties.

Feb 6, 2009How to capture when a user switched application windows. Basically what i want to do is for example is when EVER a user works inside Microsoft Word i want the CAP lock to be turned on. When they leave Microsoft word's app window and select a new app the CAPS button would turn off. Then when they return back to Word caps turns back on. I have code I found in another post on how to turn CAPS on, now i just don't now how to automatically capture application switches running all the time. My idea is to create a small app that can be minimized to the system tray then let it run and capture all thE app changes.

Allowing User To Switch From Metric To Imperial When Ok Button Pressed
Mar 3, 2011I am making a program that calculates various results with variables entered by the user. What I am trying to do is incorporate a function that will allow the user to switch from metric to imperial easily but only when the ok button is pressed. Now I got all the coding done for the metric and everything is working fine. My problem is when I use the radiobuttons to switch the entered variable in the text box to the desired unit it gives me a 0 or a random number in the textbox...
I also have labels indicating each variables unit which I easily managed to change with the text box using this code. :

I created all the coding to convert the metric variables to imperial. My problem is changing the textbox text when the user switches the units during run time. The labels change without a problem but the textbox never works. I have attached the coding for the file.

Jun 14, 2012I'm making a space invaders type game. Everything is working except I'm not sure how to make the bullet dissapear from the form after it collides so it doesn't hit the second enemy line. I tried dispose, hide and enabled = false and visible = false. If I dispose I can't shoot again. Hiding it means it will still collide with the second enemy line it's just invisible. Also, my bullets only shoot as low as the lowest wave of enemies. So after I kill enemies it's like it's still colliding with an invisible enemy. After like 30 seconds the I guess "invisible" enemies glide all the way down the page and I can shoot as high as I can after that. I published and compressed my game into a rar if you want to see what I'm talking about and I will include the code. I've tried for like 3 days to get this to work.

I need each element of the listbox to be expandable and thus - I need to draw an expand/collapse button ( [+]/[-] ) on each element. I've been using the Win32 DrawFrameControl function but it doesn't support XP styles apparently. So, the question is:Is there a way to make the DrawFrameControl API function draw elements using XP visual styles or should I use different API function? Is there some native .NET Framework functionality for something like this?
