I'm trying to load up a comma delimited text file and have only the name of a person loaded into a listbox. Then when the user selects a person from the listbox have additional stats pertaining to that person show up in a label.

The application should be able to store at least 10 motor class objects in an array, create an input form in the application that allow users to input new motor records to be added to the array and create another form that displays all the motors in the array in a list box. This is what I got so far, I know its not much, but whats really puzzling me is how am I suppose to show all the data in the listbox in the second form.

My application stands at the minute where the user can fill in a textbox, hit search and gets the results. The problem is that the user only get the exact name i.e. if he types in golf he only gets golf, what I need it to be able to do is when he types 'go' and hits search it shows all of the entries that contain 'go'.
My Current syntax is

Basically what I have going on is a play button that will play the selected item in the listbox and once the button is clicked then the next item in the list is highlighted and waiting. I was looking for info about checkedlistbox, and found some routines that deleselect one item if i check another, but i think is wrong the use of checkboxes (designed to multiple selections) to select one value. I am tryin to filter out the datagrid, so when i click on one of the names , it will only show those records. Right now when i click on one of the names, it displays that record, but im still seeing the rest of the records from the other names. i know it something like

Is there any way to either add items to the top of the list or make the latest item visible? I'm working with a listbox that has, let's say, 20 items. The size of the listbox allows the user to see the first 5 items. However, the listbox has one preselected item which is sometimes not visible because it isn't one of the first 5 items.
