Automatically Show Pictures?
Mar 4, 2011I have the flowing code set up to where I can insert a number into cells A1:J1 from a number that is from 1 to 10. I then have 10 pictures that correspond to a number from 1 to 10. So if I insert the number 1 into A1, the image associated with it shows up below it. That goes for all cells in the range A1:J1. Now my problem is that if I enter 1 in A1 then in cell C1 enter another 1 the image moves from below cell A1 to below C1. I want it to be like if I had all number ones from the range A1:J1 then the same picture would show up below all of those numbers.

Nov 8, 2009Im using a black n white image of a human as my back ground and panels to display the same bits in color when the area is clicked. What isn't working for me is the panels are slightly overlapped and one will always be on top of the other. it is transparent so you can see the back ground, but not the panel underneath it when it has a picture in it.

Apr 6, 2012currently in my application I have a Global Collection that is a Collection of Collections.Currently I am trying to add items/ elements to one of the child collections of the Global Collection but I am unable to use the collections methods of the child.When I assign a variable to the child collection and return the collection it is just an object with the collection inside.

Dec 17, 2009I've been working with a CMS called InsiteCreations 2008. I'm running into an error I just can't wrap my head around. I would even be willing to compensate anyone a small amount over paypal, for a solution. The error is rare in occurance, and appears when clicking about 3-4% of links to other pages within our CMS.The full code page is quite large, but there seems to be only one function associated with the error. The error also only appears when not logged into the CMS. If logged into the CMS, clicking the link simply displays the page as normal. I have already checked permissions on the page from the CMS admin console, and it is public.
The error message is as follows:

Jun 26, 2012I need to convert a VB Collection to a modern one, like Dictionary or Hashtable. For my approach, I need the Collection's KEYS. Googling tells me that it's impossible. Re-writing the entire application using new collections is not an option as the application is really old and large (converted from VB6 to VB.Net).Using the old Collection also is not good - as there are new components in development.Converting a - for example - Hashtable to Collection works:

The datagridview does show the table names in the db using the SHOW TABLES sql statment, but I'm not understanding how to get this info into the combobox instead.

Jul 4, 2009I'm trying to blend a few textures together to "bake" the final texture. Since I need the actual resulting bitmap, I don't think I can/want to do this using DirectX or OpenGL. I have:
- 4 Textures (RGB, 2048x2048): t0, t1, t2, t3
- 3 Alphamaps (ARGB, the RGB value is irrelevant, 64x64): a1, a2, a3
Here's what I currently do for each pixel (in simplified notation):
FinalColor = ((t0 * (1 - a1) + t1 * a1) * (1 - a2) + t2 * a2) * (1 - a3) + t3 * a3
This works fine, however, it takes forever, because I have to iterate over a 2048x2048 image pixel by pixel. Is there a more elegant way to solve this (i.e. using graphics.drawimage or something like it, but then, how?) How can I scale to Alphamap up with bilinear/bicubic interpolation (without having to do it pixel by pixel)? I currently use the original resolution, but that leads to rather visible transitions.
