Textbox Value Changes Automatically To Zero
Feb 28, 2011I have a TextBox, The situation is that when a user leaves it empty, OK button is disabled. If user types in a value of duration based on days, the button gets enabled. The problem is: let's say the user clicks on text box, types in : 100, and he realizes that he made a mistake, he erase that value and tries to start filling some other textboxes and come back again afterwards, at this level at the time user clicks on other part of form, the value becomes 0 automatically and Ok button is Enabled Now.

May 2, 2011How to make my forms resize automatically. here's the situation. I have my intro screen, which a user may want to maximise. Once this is maximised, the whole program should stay maximised. Again, if the user chooses to restore the window to its default size, the whole program should remain in that default size. However, once the user clicks the button "Press here to start" on the intro screen, the form automatically reverts to its original size if it was maximised. I also need to be able to stretch the contents in the correct ratios to fit the new screen size.

when really it is supposed to be

I realize this is quite trivial, and you could simply say "just add the damn space you idiot", but I'd really like to automate this so that I just don't have to worry about it. add the comment space?note I do realize that a catch all string replace or regex replace could screw up other things ... IE:

would actually come out
Dim something As String = "I' m a nerd"
if it's only on a line by it's self and is not followed by a second single quote... IE: '' would not trigger the replacement.

Apr 21, 2009My.Computer.FileSystem.MoveFile to move logs of a command line application to the directory that I want.The problem I'm having is that, if the file already exists, the program errors out. Which makes since.I could just use conditional logic to replace or rename the file if it exists. The problem with the former is that I need to keep all of the logs and the problem with the latter is that, without knowing how many files could exist, I wouldn't know when to stop renaming files.If I knew that there were only going to be 5 files, then I could work with it. But since there probably won't be a finite amount of files, I need something automatically amend the new log to another name. For example, if I had "Test", then the log would amend the next file Test1 and so on.

I want If someone has selcted Arabic from the combobox, the richtextbox down to be formatted such that whichever letter a person types in it is in Arabi. The code I am using is stilling giving me english characters. When I change manuall by changing the regional settings, i can use the Arabic characters. Automatically Clicking Buttons?
Feb 19, 2011I have a button (named Test) and I have the X and Y coordinates of the 3 buttons (Which are A, B and C) to click. Now what I want to do is, when the Test(button) is pressed, timer1 (22 seconds) would start and after 22 seconds it presses automatically button A and if it isn't the right button then it will wait another 22 seconds and then presses button B and if it is right it will start another 22 seconds and if it is wrong it would start another 22 seconds and press button C. If the correct button was B then another 22 seconds would start and this time it would start again from A.
1.When Button TEST is press the timer will count down 22 seconds.
2.After 22 seconds it will press the button A (timer will stop)
3.If button A was the correct letter then Timer will count another 22seconds.
4.If button A was wrong it will start the timer (22seconds) and then press B (timer stopped).
5.If button B was correct, timer will start another 22 seconds (back to step 2)
6.If button B was wrong then timer will start and will click button C. (timer stopped)
7.If button C was correct then timer will start (Back to step 2)
8.Will continue like this until 25 clicks had been made then it will stop.

Mar 4, 2011I have the flowing code set up to where I can insert a number into cells A1:J1 from a number that is from 1 to 10. I then have 10 pictures that correspond to a number from 1 to 10. So if I insert the number 1 into A1, the image associated with it shows up below it. That goes for all cells in the range A1:J1. Now my problem is that if I enter 1 in A1 then in cell C1 enter another 1 the image moves from below cell A1 to below C1. I want it to be like if I had all number ones from the range A1:J1 then the same picture would show up below all of those numbers.
