I tried divide the task with threads. I tried to create a thread with:

but the code doesn't work, "my.computer.filesystem...." won't work.
Will the CopyDirectory method fully execute (copying hundreds of thousands of files) before the next iteration of the loop if I have the following pseudocode?

If I use Function Contains (q.FirstName & " " & q.LastName).Contains(employeeName), I will not get any result back if employeeName is "John Clark" Function Contains looks only for next words from left to right. I notice there is no public method for automatically overwriting duplicate files while also showing the file copy dialog (you have to choose one or the other).
Is there a common way to do both? Or am I just going to have to manually set up a ProgressBar with the "over-writable" overload of CopyFile?
