My question is what is the code I need to get my program press that button. It's on a web browser.
I have a webbrowser and on a form I need it to fill text. The problem is, in order for the submit button to activate, you have to atleast type in 1 letter for it to update and make it send. The problem is when I do document.getElementById("p1").innerHTML= "SSSS" it works but it wont update the submit button to allow me to submit the form. What should I do?

what im trying to do is using regex i'm pulling information from a webpage, and they are shown on a checklist. I want to be able to check the check on the checklist, press a button and ill be taken to the place the regex text was, or a tag around there.
Something i've also wondered about is if your able to link the regex to a in-software Webbrowser from the tool box, as i'm trying to pull information from a site that requires me to log in, before i can view the certain page. So i just wnat to be able to log in Webbrowser1 and then the regex can read from there.

I need my application to go to a website, press a button on the website to get data, and then get the data that it shows all without the user seeing the webbrowser control. I'm doing this for a little project. The user could normally just go to the site and press the button themselves, but that would take to long. So how do you programmatically do this?
View 8 RepliesI have been using this as a short cut to log into many things as it saves me time and I have previously set up code to log into a website and launch the program but now it does not work because the site has changed.
What i use was Invoke to press the login button but the problem now is that there is no "id" for the object i wish to be clicking. Let me explain..

I have a view with a few checkboxes that can be selected or unselected. I'd like to always register any change in a checkbox, without the use of a submit button (the user could forget to do it, and it would waste time). So, is there a way to handle this inside the view? Thats fine. Problem is I have to go out of game to click the button to start the countdown.My question is. I have a form containing a date textbox and a submit button and a close window button. The date textbox onblur calls a javascript function which checks for date validation and some other logic and displays some alert messages. The date on the textbox is always selected and onfocus. My problem is when I try to click the close window button with/without changing the date the alert messages from the onblur logic are displaying and I am unable to close the window. I tried using onchange instead of onblur but onchange too works when a control looses focus. it works fine when I donot change the date but when I change the date and hit the close window button it too displays the alert messages and the window does not close. Please suggest me what will be my best option.

I've small application that help display pdf file in webbrower. I create a window form with a text box and webbrowser component. I'd like to input file name into text box and Enter, then webbrowser is displays the indicated pdf file and focus to text box again for next input file name. But, after pdf file loaded and text box got focus, i cannot input any key to text box, text box did not show the caret or cursor.

I have a webform currently works like a charm. It posts the info entered directly into my database with out issue.
I need to add a step in there where when the submit for is pressed an email will be sent to one of 2 different emails addresses.
The snippets below are the 2 statements I think I need to have in the code, I just haven't been able to figure out how to complete them.
