Checkboxlist That Is Filled With Items From An Array?

I have a checkboxlist that is filled with items from an array. I want the user to be able to select the items they want to remove then press a button and have the items be removed from the array. I have never worked with a checkboxlist before so I'm not really sure how to go about this. Here is what I have tried so far:

When I re-display the array into the checkboxlist it shows that nothing was removed from the array.

I have a CheckBoxList where one of the options includes a textbox to fill in your own value. So I need to have that textbox become enabled when its checkbox (a ListItem in the CheckBoxList) is checked.This is the code behind, I'm not sure what to put in my If statement to test if that certain ListItem is checked.

I want to be able to show on the form1, the count of the number of items selected in a list. So if I tick one the number goes up, if I tick it down, the number goes down.
Checkboxlist is lstTAGs
Do I have to create a function, which counts each selected item every time I click on an item?

I have a checkboxlist which gets the data from XML file. If a user selects an item on checkboxlist, i just want to show that item and hide everything else. And beneath that, I want to add clickable text to let the use to choose something else. So if the use click on that text, the user will see the checkboxlist again with the first item selected.
Basically look like this. So how do we achieve this?
require to use vb.net/and checkboxlist control as we will be databinding dynamically from database.

I have three items in my checkbox list, what I want to do is for the user to select either one of them in any combination and pass these values to my sql server stored procedure which then returns data according to the values passed to it in the where clause and binds this data to a gridview. However, at the moment in my sp I have three I parameters, in the case of the user selecting one item from the list not enough arguments will have been passed to the procedure. I'm not sure how to go about doing this

My _PrefillWizard method actually works for all the controls on my page except for those which are dynamically populated. The CheckBoxLists are such because they are automatically generated based on selectable values in a table in my DB. I made a web application were you can check if somebody paid for their e-ticket and if so once you push the send mail button the person will receive his/her E-ticket with all the information regarding the activities they ordered.
I just have one problem the mail that I send collects data from a data grid and puts that in a static array.

But Testarray(0, 0) and Testarray(0, 1) do exists, the person will still receive a empty line in his/her mail

I know that with a dynamic array maybe I could fix that problem, I was wondering if there is a work around so I can check if a Testarray is empty or not and then only when its filled with data it will write the line into the e-mail.

I have a RadioButtonList control which triggers a Sub LegalGaps on SelectedItemChanged event. This Sub creates and fills in an array the size of which depends on the User's choice of radiobutton options. I have a program that will compare an array of grocery list items glist and an array of coupon item clist.When I compare the two and if there is a match somewhere in the array I want to have a picturebox visible.When there is no match, I want the picture box not to be visible. [code] The code seems to work great until I come to the else statement.When the code finds a match it displays the picture box and the msgbox without error, but as soon as the message box is cleared, even though i've input it as an ELSE statement, the picturebox goes false again.Does anyone have any idea of how I can "hold" the picturebox to stay visible while the match between the arrays exists?

Ok i just want to know if value x is not in my array .Heres what i have been trying .Im using VB.net and just need to know when x isnt in the array so i can take an action.

I have a listview with two columns of data in it. I want to capture all the items in the listview into an array. The array will have two dimensions, one for column 1 and the other dimension for column 2. I am a little lost on how to iterate over the listview items. I figure it would be a for each statement. Its also the actual call that passes the found item and sub item to the array I am struggling with.

I have an array with 280 items in it. I only want 140 of those, so I want to pick them at random. So I need to generate a random number between 0 and the source array's getupperbound property. I think. Is there a more suitable way to pluck an item from an array. I wonder if there's a way to ensure that you don't choose the same item more than once. I suppose I could randomly sort the source array and choose the first 140 items, that would ensure I don't get a repeat item. But could be inefficient if the source array is much larger than the destination array, because I'd be shuffling more values than I need to shuffle. I suppose it's a sampling problem.

If possible I'd like to dynamically at the start of my code be able to add apple, plum, carrot and scotch to the contents of an array (really a combobox) and if I have to had another item to the Enum that it automatically be added to the array.I seem to keep having to add vendor names (replacing produce/liquor) and I need the items to show up in a large project in many places and it's a pain to have to add the item to each every time.
