Created A Form And Display Alot Of Icons On The Location?

I have created a form and display alot of icons on the location that I want. After I displayed several icon on the form then I would like to delete a couple of them but I could not find the history of location or a link to that icon so I can not delete it.

From the Form1_MouseClick I link to the MyPicClicked with g_CoorX1 and g_CoorY1 but it only give me the location that next the the last icon I display. how to keep an index or record or anything of the location that I display.
I have two forms. These are a widgets that I made in VB .Net language. But I have a problem, what if the the display setting resolution is change to 800X600, 1024X768, 1280X800 and so fort? How can I maintain the location of my forms? My screen resolution that I'm is 1280X800. I locate the first widget in x.1000, y.20 and the other one is in x.1009, y.325. How can I make this location a generic location for my widgets?
I want to use icon files that reside outside of Excel on my Excel toolbars for macro buttons I have created (I don't want to use the customizing function within Excel, but rather, icons that have already been created). In some prior life, I have done this and have some neat-looking icons on the Excel that resides on my desktop. I don't know how I did it, but I know it's doable!
Alternatively, if someone could tell me how to copy over the customized Excel setup, that would work too. I tried copying over my "Book 1" file, but got a message about macro security and digital certificates.

what i want to do, is have a user select a file. And then the program displays the icon associated with that particular file. Would this be hard to do? And if its easy, can somebody give me an idea on where to start?
create a program that enums icons of the tray bar that have been created calling the function ShellNotifyIcon. So my question is how do you do to enum the windows that have called this function and want to appear in the system tray, whit its icons, and display a menu when you click on them. because i want to do the same that explorer.exe does but whit my own program (shell). In my program, the user can select a icon for a shortcut generator. I googled "Extract icons from exe", and could only find nonworking answers to extract a single icon from an exe. I want a user to be able to select a program path and have a imagelistbox, flowlayoutpanel, or listview fill up with previews of all the icons. I want it to be similar to when you try to manual change a shortcut icon (you know that box with the exe path and the list of icons?). Is there any possible way to do this?
I've got a list view that opens items inside a folder and displays them. I want to know if there is a way to have the list view display the icons as well, maybe using shell32 or an imagelist. Here's the code:

TortoiseSVN and Dropbox both have Windows shell extensions that make file icons within Windows Explorer show a small icon beside the main one, showing the file's status - has it been synced, etc How can I make my application show icons beside files like that using the Windows API? I got a function that reads memory of another process and then uses it in different ways. To prevent the GUI from lagging, I start a new thread and executes the code in it. It runs fine, but after a while, aprox. 20 minutes, the applications stops to work and an OutOfMemory exception pops up. The thing is that the memory use of the application isn't higher that 10mb and I can't notice any high increaments either. I have tried everything to find out what is wrong, but it seems to be impossible.

But there are ALOT of labels (about more than 300) and typing them out (or selecting them in the menu) consumes alot of time. Is there anyway to put the rest of them? I have about 8 groupboxes with these labels that need to be changed (there is another one that doesnt need this) so they are labels inside of groupboxes.

I am making an application which has a form that I have set a notify icon for, I load this form at startup and then hide it. Then I have another form that the user can load (from the notify icon) which loads and runs a sub on another thread using the following

When this is executed another notifyicon appears, and then when the form closes it stays. I also notice that the memory usage remains higher than when the form loads. How do I prevent this, I am not sure but I believe that by creating the new thread it recreates the initial form and then it is not destroyed.

I am writing a program in VB 2010. My computer is an E Machines dual processor Intel Celeron running at 1.8 gb/sec with 2 GB of RAM. I have a 1680 X 1050 display and the graphics driver in the computer is fully capable of utilizing this display. I am running Vista Home Edition.
The purpose of the program is to analyze a large number of infrared and visible light images from the geostationary satellites GOES East and West. Note: These images are TIFF and range in size from 400 KB to 70 MB. The pixels are either 8 bit or 10 bit depending on the image type.
The program allows the user to select a series of images from a file folder. These images are then displayed in a picturebox. A map covering the same area is also available to the user. The user may then move the cursor, via the mouse, to a selected location on either the map or in a picture. With a left click that location in terms of image coordinates is used to compute the geographic coordinates of the selected location. These coordinates are then displayed for verification purposes. So far, all of this works properly.
The next thing I need to do is to determine the brightness value of selected pixels in the displayed image. Because brightness is related to temperature this permits a detailed examination of cloud temperature and density in each image. By making this measurement at several different wavelengths (provided by images taken at different wavelengths) the program will then compute the atmospheric extinction factor at each selected wavelength and from that derive the atmospheric transparency function.
Here is where I have run into problems. I cannot find a way to extract the pixel value from the selected X, Y values input either by cursor position or by direct entry. I have tried the various approaches described in the documentation but I either get errors or a pixel value that is unrelated to the image. The following is a section of code that I am currently trying.
I have a program where I'm trying to clone icons in a folder and represent the files in a listview on a form. I've tried using msdn, google and F1 help to figure this out, but I don't seem to be getting it.Here's the code I have so far, but I'm getting error that object not set to an instance of the object.
When I open a form in my application and I maximize it, the Icon and the ControlBox are merged in the menu of the MDI parent where I open the form in. That is perfectly normal.
But when I close that form and open an other and also maximize it, I get two icons and two control boxes in my menu. When I close that form and open an other again and maximize it on it's turn, I get 3 icons and 3 control boxes in my menu. When I close the maximized form shouldn't the icon and the controlboxes dissapear?
I'm trying to open up an html file (with explorer) and navigate to a specific anchor location. The user should just see the file open up at the anchor's position. It's a local html document, not on the web, if that makes any difference. How can I do this in Visual Basic 2008?
So far I've been opening html files with Process.Start(filename) or Shell(filename, "explorer.exe", etc), but that doesn't seem to work with the additional html anchor tag (#anchorname) at the end of the file name. Also I've looked at webbrowser control, but as near I can tell that is more for editing html files.
I am having problem with datagridview. Actually I have created datagridview control used to display the data using sqldatareader. My problem is that How can I fill the data in textbox control when user selects the row in datagridview using coding. For e.g. my form is having a) Datagridview and displaying values of columns: Name, Address, City, State etc and textboxes: txt1, txt2, txt3, txt4. Now if the user selects any row from datagridview the selected value of Name is filled with txt1, address is with txt2, city with txt3, state with txt4. I am directly dealing with database with using DataAdapter.
