Database - Bindingnavigator - DATASource Connected Changed The Table To Details And Draged It On To My Form

I got a DATASource connected, changed the table to details and draged it on to my form, but then it shows me the bindingnavigator at to of my form.
q1. how do i make it so every time this form opens it is like add new?
q2. how do make my own save button (don't want the binding navigator at top)
q3. in my form all my collums aper as textboxes how can i change it so there is a drop down menue that has forexaple 3 pre defined items that the user has to select on of.

I have a windows app that has a bindingNavigator connected to BindingSource that connects to an Access database. I am manually adding a record to the underlying database using an OLEDBConnection/command (cloning the current record). The insert into the database works fine, what I am not sure on how to do is force the bindingNavigatgor to refresh and read the new record and refelect it in the record count/next/previous buttons.Jack

I am using Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008. I made one preject using Employee table and Employee_Permission Options(Yes/No/Override/Never). I want to both table in form detail view most using combo box. if I used Employee detail view and Employee_Permission Datagridview than its work fine to add/edit/update but if table Employee_permission I used detailview (all Combobox) than I can not add/edit/update records. I can add only employee but can not add record in employee_pemission. I have relationship with two table EmpID in both table Primery key with auto increase in Employee table.

I want to track changes in an application. So I've made a copy of the main table in that application, and am accessing both tables in the application using two separate datasets.
My plan was to use the HasChanges method of the main DataSet to get changed rows and then insert those into the copy table. When I run the code I get an error:
A first chance exception of type 'System.InvalidCastException' occurred in MyApp.exe
Unable to cast object of type 'MainDataTable' to type 'MainAuditDataTable'.

I am using a combobox which is connected by data source with a table. On this table I do a Select distinct with some filters. Everything is fine except the fact that when I click on the combobox and dont select a value the app hangs until I select one value.Sometimes I have this error, sometimes no.I call the value by the sub load:

I have connected a form to my database, which displays info when the form loads, butttt it displays them from load, which is not what I need, can someone tell me how to clear the form upon load so that none of the textbox fierlds have data within them? Untill I request them to.

I have created an auto emailer to distribute our work routes for my colleagues. Problem is I made it easy for the management team to update the list. List is ordered by Tech Number, First name, Last name, Email address.
I have coded this in VB.NET 2008 using Database sources and drag-n-drop the table on the form. I let VB do most of the coding of the connection and text boxes. I've got 6 hours left to finish a uni project. It's a basic database driven e-commerce site. I have a home page, a products page, an orders page, an order confirm page, a shopping cart page and a view current orders page. The site uses an Access database with three tables. A Customer table, with all of the customer details, (FirstName, LastName, EmailAdd, CardNo, CardEx, SortCode, DeliveryAdd, Postcode) A Products table, with all the product information, (ProductID, ProductName, Price, ProductType, Images, ProductDescription). And an Orders table which contains CustomerID and ProductID. I'm trying to create an INSERT statement on the orders page so that when the customer inserts their details and presses the submit button the customers table will have a new record inserted. I also want this to create an entry in the orders table and redirect the client to the order confirm page which will display the details of the order. Here is my code which runs when the submit button is clicked on the order form. EDIT I've fixed the error with the missing apostrophe. Attempting to insert using two sql commands as I've been told that access databases can't handle two at once. Still getting an error though.

there can be different number of rows at the left side,meaning it depends on output of the query.And heres the problem, i need to make another table at the right side. how to make a table at the right side or draw lines without affecting details section? this is just purely table without fields on it.
