I have an app that I am trying to navigate to a website and then get the element by <br>.
I'm thinking that I can get the element by using this code.

My issue is how can I take all those elements and add them to a rich text box on my app?
There is also about 3 pages that I am needing to navigate to and download the content on, is there a way to add to the list until the loop is finished?

I am new to VB, and I am using Visual basic 2010 Express to make an application that will login and navigate a website for me. On a form, i made a button and a webbrowser, and this is the code i have so far:

The last line of my code that nagivates to a new page after login... it executes before the login completes and the login fails. If i remove that line of code, the login works fine. So how do I navigate to further pages after the initial one, and make sure that it is fully loaded each time?

I've been trying to write a vb program to help me login to a website! I've managed it with HtmlCollection, but the problem is that on the next page there are a few choices that need checking and it goes kind of crazy. Is there any way to login to the website, fill the choices and then navigate further?

I have tried a few things like converting HTML to XML and then using an XML navigator to get input elements but I get lost whenever I start this process.What I am trying to do is to navigate to a website which will be loaded using textbox1.text.Then download the html and parse out the input elements like . username, password, etc and place the element by type (id or name) into the richtextbox with the attribute beside the name.[code]Any clues or how to properly execute an HTML to XML conveter, reader, parser?

I am trying to automate a process I do with a bank with vb.net. Basically I need to open a website and navigate through it (Automatically through the program obviously), enter a batch ID and enter a file path and name. For some reason when I get to the part where I need to enter the file name and path, it simply will not populate the text. I have attached a word document with screenshots and code. The only difference I can see, is that in the bank website's code the the input type for the file text is "FILE" rather than "TEXT" as it is for the batch id...

I have a form with two web browsers. I have webbrowser1 navigate to a parent url and webrowser2 navigate to child url.
The page in webbrowser2 loads correctly but when I make a change to an element it doesn't also change the value in webbrowser1 as it should.
Should I be looking at cookies or something else?

I have a number of rewrite rules for a lot of things that I did in IIS7, like removing trailing slashes, canonnical URLs, lowercase lettering, and such. IIS altered my web.config, and everything works fine on the website, like it should. But in the Visual Studio web.config, the opening < rewrite > statement is underlined in blue, and at the bottom of VS, it says that the element 'system.webServer' has invalid child element 'rewrite'. But this is how IIS made it. I didn't do this manually. Should I be concerned with this VS error, or should I just leave as be, since it's working how it should work? I would like for my program to navigate via textbox1.text with multiple lines and multiple url links inside of it. I know how to make the webbrowser1.navigate via textbox1.text with multiple lines, however I want my webbrowser to navigate to each url every 1-1.5 seconds once button1 is clicked. I have been doing well and also I am a noob I know it and you know it a lot has started making sense and I am evening figuring new things out without using Google but of course I have hit another snag in my program so here goes
I am waiting for an email to arrive (the page automatically refreshes) and then I want to click the link (I do not need to click to open the email or anything like that) I also have the code to click and navigate to the address reason being it was the only way I could figure out how to stop it opening in a new window on IE
So my only problem is I need a way to check every x seconds for the element and then if its there proceed with my code and if its not wait and then check again or however this is done in VB.If this is not the way its done please point me in the right direction the code I am using to find and then navigate to the link is

I want to be able to reference an element in an array of structures by the name of the element in a visual basic 2010 function. For example

What Im making is like a face book and tagged login from my app
1. I have Combobox with 3 urls in there ( Facebook.com Tagged.com and Bebo.com )
2. I have a Form2 with webbrowser
3. I have a Button when clicked it should open up my form 2 and preview of the website which I selected in my combobox in form1

I have a ASP.NET 2.0 website created in C# that acts as a completely independent site and I am looking to integrate this into an existing ASP.NET 2.0 website created in VB.NET. Unfortunately I just don't know much about the server management side of ASP.NET yet so too much I'm unaware of when it comes to IIS configuration etc. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can go about integrating this? Basically I want to host it in a subdirectory from root so when you hit example.com/myindependantsite/ it will pull up my C# site.
One possible solution I came across mentioned just dropping the project folder into the root directory and setting up that directory as an application virtual directory in IIS? A few other random questions were small things like would my application relative links (~/for-example.aspx) stay relative to my root subdirectory if it's made into an application virtual directory? Just trying to get this running on their site but like I said it's completely independent so want to preserve my websites environment.

I'm having a few problems working with XML in Visual Basic.Net. My code's really long so I'm going to use a simplified version of it, basically my program's like this[code]...
So what I want to do is get the number of <tag> tags in the <section> tag and attribute that value to the NumberTags variable. Oh by the way <tag> tags may have other tags inside them but I only need the number of <tag> tags. I was using the MyIterator.Count command but then I remembered that that will only get the number of <category> tags in the XML File.

I'm new to VB and have bought a book (Database Access with Visual Basic)that I'm trying to follow but ran into problem right away.Have created a table (tblCustomer) and populated it with a few lines of data then I have a form with two textboxes connected to the table. So far no problem I can see the first row of the table.Next step was to create two buttons to be able to navigate in the table, one forward and one backward but nothing happen when I click on one of these buttons.

I have a section of code that builds a table as the user enters information. I'm having trouble figuring out how to navigate through this table. There is a NEXT button and a BACK button. When they hit NEXT, either the next row loads, or the textboxes are emptied out. en they hit BACK, if there is text in the textboxes, save it, then load the row above current one. The code I have now will work until you go back too many times. You can go back, then forward, but it has trouble seeing the end of the table. And for some reason, I get phantom rows in between, but not every time. The rest of the code, where this table gets saved to the server, all works. Just navigating the table is giving me trouble.
