Have been trying to scroll one line at a time on my Richtextbox1 for quite some time - Hit upon this code which doesnt seem to work.

I would like to romove any line that doesn't have "http://" Or "https://" within Richtextbox1.text.
e.g.:

I need any line above that doesn't have the http:// or https:// to be remove and no empty lines left.

View 1 RepliesI have been using this line: Me.dgvWpt.FirstDisplayedScrollingRowIndex = to alter which line is first displayed on a DGV that is located on a tab. I have been trying to get it to scroll to a certain line, which changes, but that's irrelevant, when the grid is first viewed. I have been unable to get this to happen. After the first time it is viewed, I can use that line to scroll the DGV to any row. The code I use to automatically scroll it to various places works perfectly anytime after the first time it is viewed, but it is ALWAYS showing from the first row the first time it is viewed.

im developing like a chatbot.i got a vertical scroll. when it is so much text (multiline) that it doesnt fit the scroll enables but it stayes at the top and i need to scroll down after every text update. so i want to be in the button but still be able to scroll up and down. I have code that when text fills a main rich textbox beyond the size of its dimensions - the vertical scroll appears and simultaneously vertical scrolls the main rtb and a second subordinate textbox.
If I have a couple lines of text and I scroll down a line(row) of text using the cursor I wish the subordinate rtb respond in the same manner i.e. scrolling down the same line(row) and obviously the lines of text underneath.
I am trying to build a language tool, basically I am getting lines of text into a richtextbox and playing the audio for that line. Things are working great except that I want to highlight the text being played and autoscroll when it plays the next line. how to implement the line highlighting and autoscrolling.

The middle mouse wheel doesn't scroll the scroll bar; I have to actually click and hold the scroll bar and drag it down to scroll. Is there a property to allow this?

If I scroll using the slider and move it quickly then the scroll gets out of sync.The small change and large change are both set to 1 and maximum is set to 8

However, I dont want horizontal scroll, I want vertical. When I set TableLayoutPanel to AddRows, a vertical scrollbar will not appear.

I've been using Me.AutoScrollPosition and have come up with code that is satisfactory but I haven't been able to always leave the vertical scroll position exactly as it is and just move the horizontal scroll position to the left limit.

I need to interrogate it a line at a time and ask things like, 'what number comes after this word' and 'ignore this line if it says this' . Is this possible using the list box loop method (which I have only heard of never used) and does anyone have any examples of code? I'm on the latest VB Express.

The idea is that if I can print a line at a time, and then add a few blank lines to space it in between, that will be great. You know, send a line of a text at a time to a printer. But I do not know how to do it with VB2005. If I use Crystal Report, it will insist to print the whole page! While the length of the receipt is always different depending upon the numbers of things purchased.

During the calculations, I want to display the data at each step, and have it retained in the display area on the GUI (not overwritten by the next data being displayed).

2. I have a Save As button and a Save button. When you click Save As and save the file it works 100%, when you click Save and you haven't saved previously then it works 100%, but after you have saved the file and then click save it doesn't overwrite the file. Here's the code for Save:
