Scroll Left In Panel When Children.left= -
Jun 6, 2011I got a panel that i am adding labels to. I have autoscroll enabled on it so when they fill the viewable space it scrolls. but i need to put the labels to the left unviewable space(when left scroll is already at 0) The label is placed but i dont get the scroll bars and i cant force it to scroll to a - value.
Is this even possible? Same thing with UP.
Or is the Scroll only limited to Bottom and Right?

the dashed line indicates the point of termination. the for-loop is simply not done. i tried it with stop points and the last point it stops is the ReDim-part. this can only mean, that the ReDim-Command forces the program to leave the method. but the for loop is never done afterwards. Can you help me? Because i really dont get it.

I wanted this to happen on a specific place, not the form itself (In this case, a picture).The left click context menu works fine, but when I try a right click context menu, the left click context menu will pop-up as soon as I release the right click button.[code]By using this code, I have a small nuisance of the right click event, where when released, it also uses the left click event. Nov 29, 2009I used to develop applications in VBA, but now I'm using SQL Server 2008 Integration Services for a lot of the functionality, and using VB.NET as the scripting language where needed - all of which are new to me. I need to do the same string manipulation in several different SSIS tasks. With VBA, I'd simply write a function and declare it Public, and I could use it from any module. E.g.

MyId = MakeId(County, Postcode)
But when I do that in a Script Task or Script Component, I find I can't call the function from VB in any other Script Task or Component; it says MakeId is undeclared. It works within its own 'box', but not from anywhere else.

I thought maybe that the DragQueryFile Function would suffice. But, I think that is geared towards a drag and drop operation from with in a .net form.

VS 2008 Commonly Used Functions
Aug 7, 2009I'm taking a class in VB, so I have numerous projects. I have a lot of useful functions and code, and I'd like for them to all be included in on piece of code that all my projects can use. The problem with DLLs is that when I build, the EXE needs the DLL to be in the same folder. I want a standalone EXE file. Is there any way I can have a DLL in a different folder than the EXE and still use it? Or is there some better solution to having useful code somewhere so when I update that code, it will affect all of my projects?
