Is it possible to have a checkbox in a column header when in "Details" view? I want to be able to select all items in the ListView control with 1 click. Or is there another way to add a Select All command?

VB Express 2010. ListView When I am in the ColumnHeader Collection Editor how do I create a column header and name it. Example: I wish my first column header to name DATE and when I reference this column in my code I wish to refer to it as DDATE. I have a VB 2008 connected to my localhost SQL using DataGridview, BindingSource and DataTable. All works fine, i can add, edit and delete the row and the SQL database is also affected.
However, there is one thing that bugs me, that is sorting.
Problem My table in this database is still quite empty, it only has 6 rows
However, if I spam-click the column header, the sorting seems taking some time to sort, so that, the sorting result does not follow my mouse spam-clickings
Note: Spam Click = Clicking the mouse button in high frequency, something like click click click click click click click click click, etc
I then make a debug button to check this

Attached the class i'm using for print.I have 10 fields showing in datagridview. As the last 5 columns header is long, the datagridview is not fitting inside 1 page (not showing all 10 fields in one single page). how do i check if a listview checkbox has been checked and prompt the user on what he/she checked.

I've created a basic form, entering the name and song of an artist. They can select a priority (1, 2 or 3) and it will drop the information into seperate columns of a listview. Based on the priority, the row is assigned an image in the item field of either an up, rgiht or down arrow. This works all fine. I selected the checkbox function to true and it places checkboxes next to every image as planned. However the checkboxes are just the arrows. If you click the 'checkbox' it keeps cycling through the 3 images.
View 2 RepliesIt seems that on clicking datagridview column header, the column will be automatically sorted based on the column type. I have a column showing some numbers. If column type is string, it sorts "1","20","3" into "1","20","3". If column type is double, it sorts into "1","3","20" which is the result that I want. However, there might be some erros in the numbers and error messages(text) will show in the cell instead of numbers. So I cannot set the column type as double. I want to ignore these error messages and sort all the numbers. How can I do this?
Also, I need to add some background colors to different rows in datagridview. So in the column header click event, I call the bkgColor Sub to achieve this. My question is that how can I override the sorting method in this event?
