I have a ListView with Checkboxes in vb.net and what I want to do is when the user check the checkbox, the program ignore the response of the user in checking the checkbox, instead it leaves the checkbox uncheck.

There are numerous rows in this repeater - I never know how many - I want only one checkbox checked at any time. i'm trying to design a program where I can take all the software that i have and just put it on an external Hard drive open this program at a customers house select what software I want to install and than let the install run through everything. I'm running into a problem with my winrar installation since I have a x86 installation and an x64 installation I want to be able to select the checkbox for winrar and than choose either the x86 or x64 and than it will install. View 2 RepliesI have a system which stores fee's paid for a youth teams players.A textfile stores:player name|trainingsessionsattended|amountpaidin..Each line is a new player's entry.I need to make a form that allows the user to input the amount paid by each player at the end of a training session.I did think of doing a single dropdown box and allowing the user to select a user and enter how much he/she paid and entering each players fee's one by one. But this is not practical, considering there are 20 players, this may take a while.I thought of having a listview with every players name and then using this to add the players fee's but am not entirely sure how to go about this.

I'm afraid this is a very simple question, but I can't figure it out... I hardly ever use the DataGridView (usually use a third party grid) so I never needed to do this before.Anyway, I have a DataGridView that is data-bound to a List(Of SomeClass). The grid is not ReadOnly, but I made every column ReadOnly except the very first, which is a boolean column so it displays a checkbox. This way, the user cannot edit any cell value, but he can check/uncheck the checkbox in the first column.
What I need now basically is an event that is raised when the user (not programmatically) changes the value of this checkbox. I also need to be able to retrieve the bound item from that event (from the row number I think?) but that should be no problem, I hope.Anyway, there's a bunch of events that looked promising but all have something I don't want:
1. CellBeginEdit - Fires before the checkbox value has changed, so can't use this.
2. CellEndEdit - Only fires after the edited row loses focus. I want to save it back to the database as soon as the user changes the checkbox value!
3. CellValueChanged - Same problem as nr 2.
I'm sure it must be possible for me to react as soon as the user changes the value of the checkbox? How can I do this?

I want to take this invoice and every time I check the item it removes one of those from another list i created called item details. I added items to this list using the item collection in the listbox.. I have invoice one that has a pink sock ordered. when i clicked this box next to it I want my total pink socks of 12 to move down to 11... the detail page and the invoice are two separate pages.
