Is There Any Way To Make XML Element Value Dynamic

I've a DLL assembly reading a variable, "GalleryID", from an XML file. I can't modify the assembly, so I am wondering if I can make the XML element value dynamic? For example, to get this value from a querystring or any other scenario without changing the assembly.[code]This is an ASP.NET website that has multiple users. When a user logs in and open the gallery.aspx page it will show the user's own gallery. This scenario is not working now since the gallery module shows one gallery (Galleryid=2) to all users according to its setting in Settings.xml file. How can I pass galleryid in querystring -- gallery.aspx?galleryid=5 and inject it to Settings.xml file?

I am writing a program that is navigated manly by using tabs, the tab panels (If that is what they are called) hold the vast majority of the GUI, only leaving space for the menue bar and a few rarely used window forms. So my question is this, what do I need to do/set to make the tab control (Or tab Panels) re-size with the window it is in when the user re-sizes the window?

How would I make the Windows Media Player element in visual basic play the next song after the current one is done. I know you can do it with a playlist but how would I do it with out any kind of list boxes or stuff like that. To browse for the files i use a open file dialog.

I have a number of rewrite rules for a lot of things that I did in IIS7, like removing trailing slashes, canonnical URLs, lowercase lettering, and such. IIS altered my web.config, and everything works fine on the website, like it should. But in the Visual Studio web.config, the opening < rewrite > statement is underlined in blue, and at the bottom of VS, it says that the element 'system.webServer' has invalid child element 'rewrite'. But this is how IIS made it. I didn't do this manually. Should I be concerned with this VS error, or should I just leave as be, since it's working how it should work? how to specifically identify all the specific table cells that are selected in a webbrowser control. To be specific once I load a page into the webbrowser control and it is displayed I simply want to be able to click and drag with the mouse over multiple cells. I have developed a vb.net app with MS access as back end db.when i installed exe on client's machine, it gives error that it couldn't find the db file on client's machine, even though i have changed the connection string in app.config file after the installation. What i have found out is that when a dataset is created at development time and whatever the address is at that time , that is the address it looks for at client's machine.

I am trying to create an autocomplete textbox using jquery which will be bound to SQL database. I also want to place a dropdownlist on the page so based on initial selection autocomplete textbox will retrieve data from different tables. It's an ASP.NET 2.0 page and code behind is VB.NET. I have AJAX autocomplete working but it matches only first characters and its not as robust as jquery. Can anyone share a sample code that will retrieve search data from SQL and also give me directions on how to make the table name dynamic?

I have been doing well and also I am a noob I know it and you know it a lot has started making sense and I am evening figuring new things out without using Google but of course I have hit another snag in my program so here goes
I am waiting for an email to arrive (the page automatically refreshes) and then I want to click the link (I do not need to click to open the email or anything like that) I also have the code to click and navigate to the address reason being it was the only way I could figure out how to stop it opening in a new window on IE
So my only problem is I need a way to check every x seconds for the element and then if its there proceed with my code and if its not wait and then check again or however this is done in VB.If this is not the way its done please point me in the right direction the code I am using to find and then navigate to the link is

Ho can you make a dynamic label stay right justified, so that when the label.text is filled the text starts at the right edge of the label and fills to the left? Currently the text fills to the right from the left edge of the labels location and tends to run off the form.

I am building a program to keep tract of student signup and classesroom.
1.I have an admin form that gives the admin users the right to create a classroom. This class is available / show up when the student signup. Because of future plans I want the admin to have the right to add / delete and classroom if the class is no longer needed to offering.
When a student signup the available class will show up in a datagridviewer and I have added a check box to select the classes taken.

I want to be able to reference an element in an array of structures by the name of the element in a visual basic 2010 function. For example

Public element2 as integer
Public element3 as boolean

Is it possible to reference a structures element by the element's name in a similar way to that shown above. The code shown above does not work, as the expression obj(i).[elementName] does not work as hoped.

i have created a dynamic tabpage and a dynamic tablelayoutpanel inside it then added dynamic textboxes and labels inside the tablelayoutpanel...the thing is , i am having a problem on how to access the value of those textboxes and labels and add them as new columns in the new table(tagpage) in mysql database, i can already create the table in the database but i cant add the new columns in it. heres the code for accessing the values of the labels and textboxes
