Feb 15, 2012I have a question of VB event handler and color picker. Now I have a label, and I want when user click it, it pops up a color picker dialog and let user to change the background color of the label. Not sure how to implement this, can anyone give me a direction?

Jun 19, 2009I want the background of my form to be the same color as the window frame color that the user selects, even if that changes. I selected System->WindowFrame as my background color, but it always remains a dark grey, regardless of what I have my window color set to. How else would I achieve what I want? I assumed I was doing it the correct way. Do I actually need code that gets the system window color and then apply it?

Detect Mouse In User Control - Border Color Change?
Dec 28, 2010I've got a couple of instances of a user control on a flowlayoutpanel. The user control has got a couple of controls on it, and very little / almost none of the control's original space is visible. I need to know when the mouse is inside the usercontrol. What then happens is that the border color changes (of a control in the user control), and when it leaves the control, it changes back to original state.
I tried the following:

And it works, but it only works when you move over the original visible space of the user control, and doesn't work when you move over the child controls inside the user control. How I'll be able to achieve this to also work while the user is inside the full user control and not just it's visible space?

Jul 26, 2009I'm trying to change the background color of a node that is being hovered over while the user is dragging items from a list box.I've gotten both functions to work separately, but while the user is dragging, the NodeMouseHover event does not fire. Is there a way to do both?

Change Form Color With Radio Button Selection?
Apr 4, 2010I've got 2 radio buttons on a form and am trying to allow a user to change the color of the form based on which radio button is selected. I've used select case in a separate procedure to do this because ultimately I'd like to have about 1/2 dozen or so color options to choose from.
The color changes when the first radio button is selected (pink or green, doesn't matter), but when I try and select a 2nd option, the program crashes (VB 2010 Beta).
My code so far is:

I get a 'StackOverflow' error, but I don't really know what this means. NB: Adding 'Return' keyword made no difference to the outcome - same error.
