Change List Of Combobox A Based On Item Chosen From Combobox B?

I am new to vb.net and I am using visual studio 2010. I have two comboboxes on a form, each combobox is set to DropDownList so that a list of items can show in the combobox, but no text is allowed to be entered.
For combobox A, if user chooses item 1, the list of combobox B should be updated accordingly. I think this is quite common on a lot of applications. But I do not know to implement it. I even do not know the keyword to search for the relevant property or event handler.
I am using combobox to populate values from a table, 'Suppliers'. I put this combobox in a form wherein the order details are filled up. This column 'Supplier' is a Foreign Key and set to NotNull in the order detail table. Selecting the first available entry on the combobox gives error 'SupplierID cant be Null' . Selecting the 2nd value is OK, first choosing 2nd and coming back to 1 is also OK. This error comes up when trying to update the database.Even with the first value, the combobox is having a text. I would like to know why the error.
I want to populate the combobox based on the selected item in the first combobox. The following code is written in vb.net 2008

For this code I am able to populate the first combobox and when I select the specific item in combobox then the second combobox shows only the first element of that item.
In MS access 2007 I have created 2 tables: 1) Contains the device ex:computer 2) Contains the device and its parts ex: cpu, monitor so here the device has duplicate values Table names are device and parts.

Since we have to resize the combo box dropdown area based on the combo box item length, used the drawstring() to add items to combo based on the item length. This gave us the below issue: On moving the cursor on the drop down area the font color and the background color are back hence the text is not readable (i.e. the whole item becomes black).

my program downloads into a combobox every item(line) that is in a text file located on a server. Every line in the text file ends with "a)" or with "g)".
Now I just want to make 3 radio buttons:

i seem to have a problem when i try to select a ComboBox item which is a drop down list. The ComboBox contains a list of various items where the user can select from a list, the type of query he/she would like to perform on an Access Database. What I to do is really simple. I want to add a group of text boxes in my VB net application. note that the number of text box only can be known at run time.

a table of addresses and a bindingsource for the table a enum list of address type: 0 = "Mailing", 1 = "Physical", 2 = "Shipping" etc...
I would like to bind the datasource of the combobox to the enum so it displays "Mailing", "Physical" etc. Then I would like to change the bindingsource position of the address table based on the user selection of the combobox.
