My project is a server/client application. whenever the client is connected and sends information to the server listening that information is displayed in the server but in a new panel with controls the same as the existing panel for the server, only the location and the information displayed is different. I tried to set its properties to 'true' on FullRowSelect, HoverSelection and the MultiSelect. I want to copy and paste the content of the listvew control when being highlighted. It highlights all the items inside the listview control and when you use the command ctrl+c for copy and paste it in another application like MS Excel, it only paste one item which is the first item in the row and the rest were not. However, in the datagridview, it ables to paste all the contents inside of the control but the listview control can't. Why is it so? do i need to add codes on it or it is just the Windows OS is not capable of doing it? How do I copy the selected items from the listview control and paste it into another application? Same as the label control which I want to highlight or select the text of the label in order for me to paste into the other application but unable to do so. These are the two controls that I'm trying to find out on how to export their contents to another windows application.

I have a number of rewrite rules for a lot of things that I did in IIS7, like removing trailing slashes, canonnical URLs, lowercase lettering, and such. IIS altered my web.config, and everything works fine on the website, like it should. But in the Visual Studio web.config, the opening < rewrite > statement is underlined in blue, and at the bottom of VS, it says that the element 'system.webServer' has invalid child element 'rewrite'. But this is how IIS made it. I didn't do this manually. Should I be concerned with this VS error, or should I just leave as be, since it's working how it should work? I finally finished all my labels and textbox codes for this button.But now I have to code it so that I will be able to click the button and it will calculate all the wrong and correct answers in the labels and then finally place the percentage score in the uiScorePercentagelabel. What I dont understand is how to calculate all the different labels as one and then show the percentage right in the appropriate label.
I have been using vb6 for a while, I am following a tutorial by MS to develop a basic application and a simple task cannot be completed for whatever reasons! The tutorial asks to drag the label object from the toolbox and drop in the tab control container. Then, go to the label size property and adjust the size to some different dimansion. Basic stuff, right? It won't let me do it! After I enter the new dimensions (which by the way are not large or very small), the label size (both width and height) resets back to its original dimensions! I have the vb.net sp1 installed.

I figured out the width of the label and if the width of the text inside the label is longer. But I have no idea how to turn this into subtracting parts/pixels of the text currently displayed and how to append the subtracted parts to the end of the new text.
