DB/Reporting :: Using ListView To Populate Database?

I have a database in ms access. I am trying to use a listview to populate this database. I have comboboxes and textboxes that populate the listview. I have tried to just make sure that my database will populate with the combo boxes before I try to code it to populate from the listview. I am running into an error while trying to populate this database. The error I am receiving is the following,
Syntax error in INSERT INTO statement.
The error is occurring in the da.update(ds, "TrapDatabase") line.

I have an Access Database that contains two tables. I would like to populate 10 text boxes on my form with the data from the tables. For example: Table1 has a list of names 1 thru 5 and I would like to have 5 text boxes on my form when the form is loaded to populate those names. I know how to populate a combo box with the information, but not sure how to do it into individual text box

Working on a project that contains a listView (populated from a database already) and several textboxes. What I am trying to do, and cannot figure out, is to program this so that when a user makes a selection in the listview, it hits a specific database, and based on certain values within that databse, the textboxes are populated with things such as name and address, etc..
I have the code below and when I try to populate the listview it populates all of the listview items but only the first subitem. No clue what I've got wrong.[code...]

The SQL query contain several table, thus I used a "*" instead for the table name- not sure this is correct?
I am writing a database using OOP, i have created my classes ect and i am able to input data.
I have four textboxs, and two listbox's. The first listbox lists all the categories which i have managed to do. Now when the user selects a catelgory a list of objects under that category are listed in the second listbox which the user then selects to display any related data and this is the problem i am having.

Let's say I have 50 cars and I created 6 attributes for each of the 50 cars (therefore 300 total variables and values for those 300 variables). These attributes are created and valued based upon the following structure:
