Databound Radio Button Class When Database Table Empty

The problem I have is that many times, the dataset that this control is bound to is empty. Therefore, the user continuously gets an error saying that one or more fields is missing. When I debug the code, I can see the code in the class loop through all of the radio button controls on the form. Since none of them match the field from the database, the code throws the error. I assume the code expects a match.
Should I modify the class to handle the case when there is a DBNull value? If so, what would be the best method? Or should I approach this situation in a completely different manner?

I try to hide the radio button if the cell is blank but the radio button still show even the cells is blank. why the radio button will not hide?

I created this. This is a lesson in a class I'm takingWhat the program is trying to do is this; If the radio button for member is selected and they are under 65 they pay $10. If they are a member and 65 or over, they pay $5. If they are not a member the fee is then $20. There are 4 radio buttons: Member, Non Member, Under 65 and 65 and Over. The code below is what I had in there. VS shows no errors and the thing runs, but it produces incorrect results every time (e.g. Non Member radio with Over 65 radio answers $10).

i have problem that i know once someone answers, i will kick myself, but here goes. i need to move the text next to the radio button to the left of the radio button, that part is easy just make sure the the "right to left" is maked yes, got it. but, the problem is i am making a seating chart and the seats are labeled 10-a, 10-b etc.... when the right to left is set to yes my text reverses and becomes a-10 and i can't seem to figure out what is set in the properties the is causing the alpha to be placed before the numeric.

i have 31 PAIRS of radio buttons Yes or No in a web form which will insert the value of radion buttons or text of radio buttons in a single table of 31 columns in SQL server. what is the most robust method for adding a empty row (to select "nothing") to a ListBox?

trying to write a simple form for calculating professor's salaries depending on their degree and position.my problem is that the when i select a check box, the value is not being updated until i select a different radio button. it probably doesn't make much sense here,

I have a radio button control on a web form. The members of my ListItem collection are
assigned the following.
Text No
Value 0
Text Yes
Value 1
So what I need to do, is to readd a varchar value from my database and if the column value returned equals 'Yes' then I need to select the radio button that has the assigned value of 1. Otherwise if the value read from the database is 'No', then I need to select the radio button assigned a value of 0
So how can I set the value for my radio button? I experimented and could not figure it out. The 'Yes' or 'No' value is stored in my database in the field ds.Tables("employee").Rows(0).Item("answer")
So I tried something like this which is not correct:
RadioButtonList1.Items.FindByValue(ds.Tables("employee").Rows(0).Item("answer") = "Yes").Equals(True)

As the title says I have a form with many databound textboxes. some of these boxes have data in them and some are empty. I need to add them altogether, so far all of the conversion methods I have tried err out when they run into an empty string, except Val, but then Val won't handle the string with a $ in it. I've tried decimal.parse which handles the $ but not the empty string. So I seem to be in circle that I can't get out of.

I have a class that represents the table of a db-row. Its properties are the columns of the table. I add a new row to the table with the following code:

That is just an example, but my classes have around 30-40 properties and this brings a very large and complex sql string. Creating, editing or maintaining these sql strings for many classes could generate errors. I am wondering if any compact way or method exists in order to add the whole object's istance (the properties of course) to the table "TestTable" without writing such a large sql string. I created the TestRow in the way that its properties are exactly the columns of the table "TestTable" (with the same name). But I did not found in the ADO.NET anything that could be used.

I have a gridview with a button, and when the button is clicked, it fires a rowcommand procedure and adds a new row to the database. Everything works fine until I add a databound drop down list to the gridview.
With a databound dropdown list, the page loads fine, but when I click the button the error shows as "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". here is my code

In my project I would like to call an exe so that exe pop up will come with a Login Screen with 2 buttons Login and Cancel.In those 2 buttons, login button is focussed default. Now my application should invoke the Login button automatically. Means there won't be Pressing ENTER KEY or Mouse Button Etc. Just after the Login Screen, there is a 2nd Screen that has 5 different Radio buttons, the 1st Radio button is always the default. So I also want to click this radio button automatically without using the keyboard or the mouse. y intention is that, the application should do that automatically.
I have tried with getting the handle of the focused Button by GetFocus method and tried to send that handle to the application by SendMessage and PostMessage. But it's not working.So can any body give some suggestion regarding this?

Is there any way to create a button which basically clears a entire table in your database?
I was hoping to have 2 buttons, 1 to empty a table 1 to fill the same table again.The idea is to store a year long values, and at the end of the year delete all of those with a button.The other button i want to use to fill the same table again.Starting from 1st day of the year untill the last day of the year.

I'm trying to add a new row to the database using databound textbox's but they keep adding blank rows to the database. If i use textbox's that arnt databound the info will get added
This doesnt work when using a databound textbox - it simply adds a blank datarow with no information

User will use a button1.click to open a filedialog to locate the file they needed. after which, the name of the file will appear on a textbox. Button2 is an OK button to write the filename into a txt file. Button2.click will work with the 3 radio buttons - meaning when Radio Button 1 is true and Button2.click is clicked, the filename will be saved asFile1.txt.if Radio Button 2 is true and Button2.click is clicked, the filename will be saved as File2.txt. [Code] my issue is that now i need two cases, first i need a query that will return the date created and modified of the table and i also need to know if its possible to query a list of table names in the database ordered by date created but that have a certain thing in their names. for example the database contains the following tables: [Code] and what i need the query to return is the tables that contain "Data", settings and employees are for the other functions of the program. so the query should return the 4 data tables in order of date created. but i have no idea how to go about doing that in the query, does anyone know how this is done?
