Find Outermost Threshold Values Of Array In Program?

Basically, I have an array of data with about 1000-2000 data points that form a rough Poisson distribution. What I need to do is take the maximum value of the distribution (which I know), and find the leftmost and rightmost values that are, say, 70% of the maximum. (I don't really care what the value of these numbers are. I want to know what index position they are in.) I then want to find the centerpoint between these two indices, rounding if necessary, and return all three values (left, right, and center).

I am using Visual Basic express edition 2008.I am trying to know if a value in a single dimensional array is repeated in the array. If yes, then multiply one of them by 100. For example:
MyArray (14) = 12, 15, 18, 15, 18, 11, 15, 18, 16, 14, 18, 8, 12, 17, 10
In the above example:
MyArray (1) = MyArray (3) = MyArray (6) = 15
MyArray (2) = MyArray (4) = MyArray (7) = MyArray (10) = 18

I just need to know how to set up this array within the program to allow 10 values to be entered then later be shown into separate labels as a largest and smallest value.Create an application that lets the user enter 10 values into an array. The application should display the largest and smallest values stored in the array. Figure 8-45 shows an example of the application's form after all 10 values have been entered, with the largest and smallest values displayed.The form basically shows a large label box where your values will show up. Then two regular labels next to the boxed label that determines the largest and smallest values. There are four buttons, a clear, exit, Display Min & Max, and Input Values.I have the actual program layout already made and the initial buttons already declared, being the exit and clear buttons. I just need to know how to setup the array's for the other two buttons.

I want to create a page name "parameter link" where the user can edit and change the value of the threshold. For now, what I have is, all user can change the threshold permanently. What I want now is the user can only change the threshold value during the session only, and the value will reset back to the previous value when the other user login. Only admin will have the privilege to change the value of the threshold permanently., but I don't know where to start.

I have a program that reads in lottery results from the past 6 months (from the national lottery site) from a text file

and stores it in an array (n-1,6) where n is the number of lottery lines, so the array looks like

then, in a 1D array I store the player's numbers, simply as

I want it to take each number from the player's number array individually and compare them to each row individually in the lotto results array i.e. the first six cells in each row in the results array will be compared with each user number to find any matches, if a value matches then a count is incremented. if the count is greater than 2 but i'm getting no where with it :( i've been trying to use the For To loops but keep getting index out of range, or else nothing is happening at all!

I need to find rows in resultsets that have every column without null.these resultsets got variable number of columns.currently, the only way that I can think of is creating a view on each resultset and filter this way:
select field1, field2, field3, field4, ...
from "huge query"
where field1 is not null and
field2 is not null and

and then in a storeproc/function or .net code(c# / vb.net) loop through all rows / columns and flag or remove every row that got any null?
