Clear Mozilla Firefox's History?
Feb 9, 2011I don't know at all how you would clear Mozilla Firefox's History in Visual Basic Code, I've Googled a lot, and I've seen questions similar to mine and they haven't ever been resolved.By the way I do know how to clear it, but not in Visual Basic code.
By History I mean: Cookies, URL history, Form data, etc.

Dropdownlist Showing In IE But Working Fine In Mozilla Firefox
Nov 13, 2009i have a dropdownlist which has a linq datasource ...and i have inserted 2 items "All Batch" and "Choose" from the codebehind manully...in case of mozilla firefox "Choose" is automatically selected as default in the dropdownlist but in case of IE6 the default selection in dropdownlist is blank but the items are there if we scroll the list.

Oct 11, 2010I am interested in building a simple GUI window using VB.net that looks more or less like the Firefox download manager (press Ctrl + J when you are in firefox to see how the window looks like). However, instead of Search, I would like to have a text space where I can enter the download URLs.
So basically, initially, I have a blank window with a clear list button and a URL text box at the bottom, as I type in the download URLs and press enter on keyboard, the text area at the top shows the download file name as well as the progress bar.
One more thing I would like to add is to have the window to automatically resize itself, meaning the more jobs I added to a list, the longer the size of the window will grow, up to a certain limit.
This is my first attempt on coding up something on the GUI side, so I am just wondering if there is anything to get me start with, is there like a package or library to get me started? Or, obviously preferably, is there already a package of something like this in VB.net?

Jun 11, 2009I have a treeview on a form and I want to allow the user to create a tree structure of their choice. What I mean by that is no limit to parent and child combinations, so basically have the same functionality as in Window Explorer.
Now comes the problem, what I want to be able to do is store this tree view hierarchy in a database, so that when they add a new node to the treeview it is stored in the database at the correct level. Then if the user closes the form and re-opens it loads the treeview hierarchy from the database.
I would really apreshiate some guidance on database table stucture and how I can loop through and build the treeview
