Listbox Total Cost Per Item?
Mar 30, 2010I'm have successfully did a shortcut "+" and "-" button to increase and decrease the qty ordered. But by doing so, i now have problem tabulating the cost for each item. Below is the print screen for my application. You will realised that the Lamb tandoori which is going for $3 cost only $21 after increasing the quantity ordered using the "+" button.In addition, i have created different list boxes for different food categories.Each category's food items is selling at the same price.

Add Item And Total In Textboxes?
Feb 24, 2012I'm making a simple program. It is almost finish in a manner of simple function. But I have problems related to "Add item and total in textboxes".
In this simple program:-
1. User select the item.
2. User select the quantity.
3. User click the Add Item button.
4. Then to add more items, follow step 1-3 and price will appear in the textboxes on the right.
3. Total textbox will show the total price of 5 selections.
The problems are:
1. how to make second-five selection appear without interrupting other text box.
2. how to show total of all five selections

Find Total Number Of Warnings In Project?
Aug 15, 2011I've just converted a project from .net 1.1 to 3.5, and I'm being given loads of warnings in the error list. The program compiles and runs ok, but I think I should probably try to at least reduce this large number of warnings.The trouble is that the error list only tells me about the first 102 warnings. Even when I fix one, the number stays at 102. So I have absolutely no idea how many warnings there actually are. If there are 150, I'd like to get rid of them. But if there are 10,000, I don't have the time to fix them all.Is there a way to see the actual total number of warnings?

Mar 26, 2011really stuck on one part of the my coursework which is the total bit. Ive looked everywhere but i still have not found a coding that works. Basically i have 2 combo box's (cboUrban ,boUk) and 2 add buttons for each (btnAdd1, btnAdd2) and a lstTrack box. The user selects a song from each catagory and adds the song by clicking on add track button for each combo box the song then appears on the lstTrack box where a total has to be displayed. however i can not find a code for thi! each track costs 1.00

Find Total Overlap Percent Of Multiple Rectangles ?
Jun 19, 2012I've got a list of System.Drawing.RectangleF objects that all overlap the same RectangleF object.In my picture below, the 3 overlapping rectangles would be the pink, yellow, and red rectangles.My main rectangle in question is the light blue rectangle.
Second Image: I know that with RectangleF objects I can use the Intersect() method that will return me another RectangleF object representing the overlap. But as far as I can tell, this only really works when comparing two rectangles.
My question is: How could I determine the TOTAL area/percentage (i.e. the combined total overlap of the red, yellow, and pink rectangles when compared to the light blue rectangle - but it would need to be smart enough to not count the area in which the red and yellow overlaps twice, and same for the pink and yellow)?
NOTE: The green lines represent the area I'm looking for, just the total area of the blue rectangle that is not visible.
UPDATE: I've added a 2nd image to further demonstrate what I'm looking for. In the second image, the presence of the burgundy rectangle should have no affect on the total percent covered because that area is already covered by the yellow and green rectangles.

How To Get Total Sum From A Listbox And Display It Automatically Into A Textbox
Mar 15, 2012Ive got a Listbox which displays a data/record from a SQL database, it displays "Amount" and only numbers would appear. it has a datasource.
Goal: I'd Like to get the total sum of those numbers from the Listbox and Display it to a textbox automatically or by button click event.
I thought of two ways to do this, but I don't have a clue on what to do.
1. I tried summing it all up on that exact Listbox and display the total on the textbox, here's the code that i came up with..

But the data im working with is from a database, so i got this error:Conversion from type 'DataRowView' to type 'Double' is not valid.
2. I thought of having another Listbox and "Copy" the contents shown on the Listbox1 and then sum it all up on the Listbox2, then lastly display the Total on the Textbox. I did a little research on how to accomplish that but all the clue i found is that i have to disconnect the listbox data from the datasource from being bound, and reconnect it again.. I really don't have any idea on how i could do that with an SQL database.
Here's a quick flow on what im trying to accomplish to make things.
Record from Database -----Displays on---> Listbox1 -----User Clicks--> Button1 ----Displays Total sum on----> Textbox1
