How To Get Path Name

Recently i been writing some application in which it will compares 2 list view data and populate the difference data in a third list view .I have manage to get the logic working fine and also showing the different files name in the third list box , when i compare two listview data .

My logic goes like this :I hard code the files i need to have in a notepad , than i populate the data in listview2 upon form load and i create a button to get some folder on my computer manually . On click of the button it will allow me to choose the path to the folder and display the files name into the first listview .THAN it will compare the first and second listview data and populate the files missing in listview one into a third listview box .THE PROBLEM I FACE IS : I can only manage to get the files name display? is there any way to get the path of the file too ?
