Not Reading All XML File - Repeating The Same XMLElementName It Only Seems To Read The First Element

I have an XML file, shown below:

The problem is that I want to read the complete XML file, however because I am repeating the same XMLElementName it only seems to read the first element, the code I am using is the following:

I need to write data to a file, preferably in binary format, but I am unaccustomed with the concept. Where's the easiest place to get the basics? I could come here with a specific need, but I'm at the point right now where I am more willing to work within the confines of keeping it simple.
Here's what I know:
1. how to open a new file
2. how to specify the record length
3. how to close the file
Some specific questions:
Does the record length have to be constant throughout the file?
Can I read the nth record without reading the whole file?

I have several files that I am reading in and 'scrubbing'. The scrubbing is simply taking certain HTML tags and changing them - no big deal.When I read in the files (one at a time), they read and then I scrub them.The files stop reading mid-way *no matter what* the encoding type There is no stop character or anything, it is simple HTML and I do not see any reason why the file isn't being read I have attached one of files that is having a problem and the code is quite simple:

I got the following code to read an XML file: [Code] Obviously the count limits the amount of lines that it reads. But how do I get it to read all the lines in the file? Ive tried removing the And (count <20) but when I run the program nothing happens.

I'm trying to read an innerHTML string from an element on a webpage. I've loaded the page using the webbrowser browser class.

When I click button 1 for the first time I recieve the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." but when I click it the second time it returns the elements text perfectly.
I thought the wb.document element might not be instantiated so I've tried navigating to a page (google's homepage) before loading the page I want put with no success.
I also thought that maybe it wasn't giving the page time to load so I added the sub to deal with the documentCompleted event but this also returns nothing (though wb.document.url is set correctly to the webpage I want)

I have some xml that I read from an xml document, now I need to take that same xml and then change one field and then drop back to a file again. I have a number of rewrite rules for a lot of things that I did in IIS7, like removing trailing slashes, canonnical URLs, lowercase lettering, and such. IIS altered my web.config, and everything works fine on the website, like it should. But in the Visual Studio web.config, the opening < rewrite > statement is underlined in blue, and at the bottom of VS, it says that the element 'system.webServer' has invalid child element 'rewrite'. But this is how IIS made it. I didn't do this manually. Should I be concerned with this VS error, or should I just leave as be, since it's working how it should work? I have been doing well and also I am a noob I know it and you know it a lot has started making sense and I am evening figuring new things out without using Google but of course I have hit another snag in my program so here goes
I am waiting for an email to arrive (the page automatically refreshes) and then I want to click the link (I do not need to click to open the email or anything like that) I also have the code to click and navigate to the address reason being it was the only way I could figure out how to stop it opening in a new window on IE
So my only problem is I need a way to check every x seconds for the element and then if its there proceed with my code and if its not wait and then check again or however this is done in VB.If this is not the way its done please point me in the right direction the code I am using to find and then navigate to the link is

I'm working on a project involving reading RFID tags, I've written the code and it reads the tags ok by using the recieved data handler and displaying the result in a listbox, the only problem is that the data displayed has a couple of unreadable characters at the start (I'm using ReadLine() command.)If I read the buffer byte by byte the data is all readable.How can I read and display the whole 16 Bytes in one go??

I use an OLEDB connection to read from an excel database, and this loop to read in all of the data from each of the columns

Some of the columns contain date information, which are read in fine (usually as a string "2/20/2011" or so), but the headers of those columns are read in as a blank "". The headers for all the other columns read in fine, but not for the date containing columns.

I'm making my own ToDo program, and I need to add the ability for the user to create a ToDo item. When they do this, I need to be able to add in an XML element/section in a list file.My XML file looks like this:

Say if a user created an item with the name 'papers' and due date 'Tomorrow', I need to be able to make another list element like above and insert it before the </list> tag. Basically I'm asking how can I write to my XML file at a specific position (at the end before the </list> tag)? Is it possible just to go to the end of the file and go back a line?

I want to be able to reference an element in an array of structures by the name of the element in a visual basic 2010 function. For example

Is it possible to reference a structures element by the element's name in a similar way to that shown above. The code shown above does not work, as the expression obj(i).[elementName] does not work as hoped.

I have the following on my interface / webform: <div id="mydiv" class="forceHeight" runat="server" />
now I have a dondition in my code behind where if a certain situation is true I need to remove the forceHeight class from this control. I know in C# you can use:
mydiv.CssClass.Replace("forceHeight", ""); I'm not so sure how you do this using VB? Intellisense doesn't offer me this option?
