Can I change the location of the text inside listbox. I have three text box button and the listbox. When I click the button the text on the button will go to list box but I want it in such a way that I can define the location of the text, current it add iexjohn13black.

How to programmatically change foreground color and make bold text in individual cell location on DataGridView control (Visual Basic)?
I use "dgMatrix.Rows(r).Cells(c).Value = x" to assign individual numeric values to individual cells in a DataGridView control. My question; is there a similar way to change foreground color and make bold the text in this cell, by specifying the individual row/column cell location?
For example; for cell (row 3, col 5) in the DataGridView make text in cell say red and bold or blue and bold so as to highlight and distinguish individual cell contents. As needed, I will also need to reset these properties (foreground back to automatic/black and font from bold back to regular); the reset could be done globally to the whole DataGridView as opposed to indiviaually by cell.
I am making an invoicing application. I have a label (lblCost) inside of a UserControl (InvoiceEntry) inside of a FlowLayoutPanel (pnlEntries). InvoiceEntry represents a line item on the invoice, and pnlEntries is the "body" of the invoice. pnlEntries can hold several InvoiceEntry controls.
I am attempting to sum all of the lblCost values from each InvoiceEntry control to make a subtotal, and I want that subtotal to change automatically if costs are changed (e.g., a change in quantities being ordered). Is there a way to handle when the lblCost.Text property of any of the InvoiceEntry controls contained within pnlEntries changes?

i know how to use the split method on it but i cant seem to be able to add onto the values there what i want to do is have the listbox add 5 or whatever amount to the second 0 and so on.but i cant seem to be able to make the listbox change whats in it.

okay, so what i am trying to do is every time the user changes their selection in the ListBox the PictureBox will change accordingly. Its not quite working, i have tried multiple things even a Select Case method but its not what i was after.
In the event of SelectedIndexChanged() I need to updated text of an item that is highlighted. If I remove it and .SetSelected again, this event will be entered repeatly. So how to update the text of this item in this event without deselecting and re-selecting it?

Now the problem is when the user put the data into above mentioned two text boxes for the selected item of the list box I want to change the back color and If the user wish to leave blank that two text boxes then no change at all in the list box selected item.

I researched this and found I had to use something called "ScreenToClient" [URL]...what I want to do is to have a picture box that I can just get the coords from easily (for example 0,0 bottom left hand corner)
