I have a chart on a Windows Form with several line graphs. I would like to be able to get the x-coordinate from a mouse click on the chart in such a way that the user would be able to place vertical annotations on the chart at the location of the click. I looked at the Chart.HitTest function, but that will only do what I need if the user clicks on a data point, not anywhere in the chart area.

View 4 RepliesI have a problem with my program, and it's really bad because I need to burn it to disk within 12 hours and I can't get it to work: If I create a record, add information to it and click on Next Record, the ID, Status and Notes boxes content will change but the rest of the controls contents are carried over to the next record and I don't know why or how. It was working perfectly but now it stopped and I never done anything.

The ContextMenuStrip tied to the ListView control. However, the right click option (edit)appear where ever i click on the ListView area, this gives me exceptional error because the implementation of edit can only cope with a selected row. I only want it to appear when on a selected row (blue highlighted row). How can i do it?

Alright, im making a basic program. But now ive run into a problem. I want the program to go to a site and than click on a button in the site. Ive done this with this:

And it works, but it just pops up an internet explorer, i want it to go to the site from the button in the program itself, i dont want it to be a popup.
there is an image in the webbrowser, that I want to click.I do not want it to hog the mouse though. I want the program to be silent, and therefore I dont think I can use the clicking feature with X,Ys.Is it possible, without disturbing the real mouse, to click that Rectangle? The image is always in the same place, I just don't want to use the actual mouse, so the person can do something else while it runs?

I would normally use the invoke command but since it is an image I need to click I need to go this way. I am not sure how I could go about doing this. I believe I would need to take a screenshot then scan for a bmp image I have saved of the button. Then some how send a mouse click to that image without moving the mouse.
