Use To Disable 'Script Error Message' From Appearing In WebBrowser Control
Aug 9, 2007I made a web browser using the Visual Basic Language. I am having a problem with the WebBrowser Control.If I go to a website that runs scripts (i.e.; sports.yahoo.com), a message comes up:"An error has occured on this script page", Do you want to continue running Scripts on this page "yes, no". If you click yes or no, the same message appears for 8 more times. Is there anycode I can use to disable the "Script Error Message" from appearing in the WebBrowser Control.

Apr 8, 2011This is something probably very simple for you all by the looks of these other thread but I can't figure it outThis is a hotel reservation order form.IsFormComplete function checks to make sure the form is complete, if true it calls GetOrderList which... well you get it.The problem is this:I have checked functionality at random and everythn there is an error, message box displays what is wrong... except one thing. When you complete everything but choose cash as the payment method and click place order, the message box pops up with the GetErrorList caption "Please Complete the following:" BUT there is no error reported after. I'm losts, I know, it's probably terribly written to begin with but I'm all of a week in to the class so I will get there.

Error Messages When Not Suppose To Be Appearing?
Feb 1, 2012am writing this program as for an assignment. How can i make it so that these error messages dont show up when the train method of commuting is selected? This error message is related to the car method of commuting and shouldnt pop up. My book dosent show me anything on how to avoid this.

Jul 18, 2008This is not a homework of mine and i had never tried ms access database with vb so i just gave it a shot. so this is my first time and i am just trying not asking anyone to complete my homework. I have been searching for this a lot on internet but couldn't find a solution to this so i decided to ask this question here.
i have this sql code. what i want to do is that create a basic login form where users puts it's username in the UsernameTextbox and Password in the PasswordTextbox. If the the information match then a message box appears saying that the user is valid and if the information does not exist, a mesage box appears saying the users is not valid. now everytime i execute(run) the code, i come up with this error: Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression ''UserName' = 'Admin' 'PassWord' = 'testing123''.
The field names(UserName, PassWord) are also correct they are same as in the database. the information put in the username and password textbox are correct and they match the information on the database. But i dont know why this error comes up.

Mvc 3 - MVC3 Razor View Project Gives Syntax Error In Error List Window For All VBhtml Pages?
Feb 22, 2011Using MVC3 and Razor View engine, I created a VB.NET web application in VS 2010. This creates the default Account and Home Controller along with corresponding Action Views.Now if I open any vbhtml file I get the following error message in the Error List window.

The error is: Syntax error in date in query expression
In the database the format date is dd-mm-yy.Why I have this problem? What is wrong at the query?

Sep 1, 2011I know it's possible in asp.net to create a custom error page in a web app, by putting the following line in the web.config: <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="frmErrorPage.aspx" />
I have had to do this for my web app, since it is clearly much tidier than letting the program bomb out with it's ugly default error page. My custom error page just has the customer's logo and a brief message saying "Error has occurred. Please return to homepage"The trouble now is that I have no way of knowing what caused the error, when a customer reports it.
Is there a way to make the actual error message appear on this custom error page too?
