Update Combobox On Save And Delete?

I have a bound combo box with employee profile names. I have two buttons: save and delete buttons.When I edit a selected profile, I hit save and automatically the change is reflected in the bound combo box, but when I hit delete or create new profile, I have to close the app and when I open it I see the changes in the bound combo box.The combobox.Refresh() no workThis is my code:

i m using fallowing code for update, delete and save data it's working very well when i save new recored but when i update and delete recored it's showing error message "Dynamic SQL generation for the DeleteCommand is not supported against a SelectCommand that does not return any key column information."

When i click on ADD it changes to SAVE and disables other buttons DELETE UPDATE SEARCH.When i click on SAVE and if texboxes are empty it brings an error,when i click search and i want to cancel the search from the inputbox it brings another error i also want to add cancel button or refresh button.How can i make this project to run well. I currently have a sql database linked to vb.net and I'm populating the comboboxes using SELECT statements. However, I'm getting duplicate records in the comboboxes.I have my database setup as 1 project to many submittals and 1 submittal to many items.
I have 3 projects in my sample dataset and I'll recieve 3 duplicate submittals and 3 duplicate items.
If I have 6 projects in my sample dataset than I'll get 6 duplicate submittals and 6 duplicate items.
I've tried adding distinct to my SQL statement, but that didn't do anything. Is there any reason why its showing as many duplicates as I have projects?

The combo box is bound to a sql table. When i use the...
cbox_profiles.Items.Remove(cbox_profiles.SelectedValue)it says: "Items collection cannot be modified when the DataSource property is set."
So how can i delete this selected item or any item i want from that bound combo box?

i'm querying 2 tables from an access 2007 database + i've worked out the SELECT statement which works ok:

I'm trying to get the Update button and my Delete button to work. Please advice me accordingly on what I'm doing wrongly. And as for the delete button, I have little clue of doing it. What I want the Update button to do: Basically I have a datagridview in my form. And the DGV displays all the records I have in my mdb file. The user could edit the records directly at the DGV and when the Update button is clicked, both DGV and database gets updated.
