I have a multiLine textbox, i need to find whether any line contains only a single word "Update", I have tried the following but its not working

is there a way to make a textbox searchable like those Ctrl + F which can be found in most of the windows application?
I have googled and found some functions which is quite similar, but I have an issue which for eg.
My multiline textbox contains a lot of text with scrollbar, somehow the text I want to find is in the middle, when I click the find button, the word is indeed found and highlight, but the scrollbar still remain on top.
I wonder how can I make the find adjust the scrollbar as well?
I am using single line textbox to add and appened strings into multiline textbox.
Now, I need to check for words that are appended in multiline textbox.
I know that I can add these words into array, and then search array.
But can I search a multiline textbox, to avoid using array?

The only problem I have is the text in my multiline textboxes is going to the next line before it needs to. I have played around with settings, removed the textboxes and added them back, and I am still having the same problem. When typing in the textboxes, the text moves to the next line after pressing the space bar.

I have a code, which when a user selects a few options on one form, then clicks enter, it creates a new tab on my main form, with a text box containg the options chosen and a button to edit the options.
My question is how to somehow search the text of this textbox so that when edit is clicked, the form the user selected the options from reopens with the options they had selected originally.[code]...

I have a multiline textbox that while a file is read in some data is echo'ed out onto the textbox. Is is possible to programatically scroll the object down to the bottom? Changing everything over to a combobox and then changing the selected index would essentially do what I want, but the user needs to select/copy a bunch of lines.

I found out that you can only size a textbox when Multiline is set true. And that's the problem. When I use t.Mutiline = true I get the error " 'multiline' is not a member of 'system.windows.forms.control' "

I am trying to open up a text file that contains some text. I have 3 text boxes on my screen. What I need to figure out is how to replace multiple words (1 in each textbox) with text it finds in the txt file.
I can do this by using the single find / replace feature but I'm trying to be able to fill out the 3 textboxes and then click my find / replace button to have my Regex find each predefined word and replace it with what is in the text boxes.
Here is my code to get the find / replace one word at time feature. I've tinkered with this to just add more variables to my Regex but it doesn't seem to work.
