VS 2010 : Write A Program Which Loads A Tiff Image On Picturebox?

I am trying to write a program which loads a tiff image on picturebox. Then the user clicks somewhere on loaded image to set the starting x,y coordinates and clicks again to set the ending x,y point. Then clicks the run button and the starting and ending x,y points are written on label.
Just to test the program a loaded a tiff image that has a dimension of 75x75 pixels. When I click upperleft and downright corners of the image, the program outputs the coordinates as starting x,y as (103,89) and ending points as (170,157). The program outputs wrong coordinates becayse the image has 75 rows and 75 colums only. To me, it should have outputted starting point as (0,0) and ending points as (75,75).

I am trying to do repetitive loads of images to one picture box. That is: An image is loaded to the picture box from a bitmap image.It is done this way so the image can be scrolled using the mouse.That works fine.The image is loaded from a file.When I attempt to load a second image from a file, I get an error indicating that the resource has not been released.I have tried Dispose() etc, nothing seems to be working.I started with VB 1.0 and worked up through VB6 over the years and am now transitioning to VS 2010. A bit of a neck snapper, but it seems to be worth it.

My problem is, I just finish creating a program, that loads a picture and description of a selection from a radio button.
Everything works on MY comp, but when i go to my lil sister comp and load the .exe file there, everything works too EXCEPT the image....the error is something along the line " C:documentspictures ame.jpg" not found.
My question is: how would I store the image to the program via another file or the program itself. so that when I "build" my program, I just need to run the .exe and lets say another file "for ex: .dll ", with all the images stored inside. And I dont know how to create and work with .dll file or whatever file is more convience.

I have converted pdf file to Tiff file using 3-party software. When I open the new Tiff file using 'Windows Photo Gallery', I can view both pages of the converted file. However, when I open the the Tiff file in a picture box in my app. I can only view the first page. So, my question is how can I view multiple pages of a Tiff file in a picture box?

I need to write some data which is string to tiff file. I am doing in the following way..[code]ControlData is the string which is to be written to the file.I am capturing the signature from the user. This function gets the data in string format and i need to create a tiff file using the string data.When i did in this way, signature.tiff is created but when i opened the image it is giving no preview available.

I want to design visual match the pairs. There will be two columns. The left column will have images and the right one will have word labels. User have to drag image over the correct label.
Since the form size is small, images will have to be smaller (thumbnails). So there should also be image enlargement when user hovers mouse over the image. The user should also still be able to do a basic drag-and-drop of the image.

I get how to stretch an image in the picturebox, that's easy. Now how to make sure it keeps that original ratio, so it's not distorted? Maybe it's as simple as a different setting on the picturebox? Maybe I am mistaken and want to use a different tool?

1. i create a widows form application.
2. i place a picture box in the form.
3. i import a picture.
4. I run the program, (there is no code, simply a picture in a picturebox)
when i do this the image automatically crops itself! it zooms in on a piece of the image i have in the picture box. I have tried different picture types eg JPEG, PNG, BITMAP, GIF etc, same result. I have reinstalled visual basic 2010 Express. Still same problem.

The initial image is Transparent, however, once you create another image very close to it, there is a "box" around it. That "box" is what I am trying to get rid of. I have no clue on how to get rid of it. Yes, I have made the image itself, transparent, as the initial image is transparent. Just any image that makes contact with the other images show the "box".

To use code to select an image for a PictureBox I can do this:PictureBox.Image = My.Resources._1, where 1.png is the name of the image file I want seen in the PictureBoxI want to use a randomly generated integer to select which image is seen in the PictureBox.5 would select 5.png12 would select 12.pngThe .png files are already in the Resources folder.I can generate the random integer and have it in an intVariable but I don't know how to use it to to tell the PictureBox Image property what to do.

I am trying to work out a method to reset the image property of my picturebox on the fly.
I am able to load the original image from a file. But i want to save a clean copy of it before i draw on it. Between drawings i want to be able to reload it.
Here is what i have tried

m want to display tif images into my project. then i used a third party software (trial version CPImageViewer) it's working nicely. but problem is it's 3 months trial verison and it display message while running program....'Demo version'. so it hassle for end user. then im trying to use Microsoft Office Document Image Vierwer Library 11.0.
but problem is while i first time i set file name property its display the file but then it doesn't display any file.
note that, i m developing this project using VB6 under W2K3 platform.
my used code is given below:

i searched a day long for useful sample but nothing find useful.

I have most of the coding done, but i don't know how to code my hangman program so that when you enter a wrong letter, a picturebox image would appear eachtime. Also i want to put a limit on the amout of guesses you can have. If possible, i would also like a listbox with the letters that you have guessed wrong stored in it.

Is there a way to tell the DISPLAY size of an image in a picture box? If the PictureBox.SizeMode=Zoom, the picture sometimes is not displayed as big as the picture box is, and is sometimes displayed smaller, or larger, than the actual image is. I just want to know what size it is actually displaying as.

I am programming with Access 2007 VB.net in Visual Studio 2010.I am trying to have my VB program read the database, extract the .bmp image, and assign it to a PictureBox on the fly (I am actually creating a Group on the fly and filling it with data from the database that are selected by my query. One of the fields is "image". All of my other fields are successfully transferring from the DB to the group box.) My problem is converting the OLE Object to a picture/image that I can assign to the PictureBox.I am using TableAdapters and queries set up in an .xsd.I have a database with an OLE Object field.Here is a code snipit of my database set up:

drawing shapes on a picture box then saving them.
My current situation: I have a scrollable picturebox (achieved using panel + picturebox). On top of the image inside the picturebox I've added labels on different locations(the labels are added on run-time using PictureBox1.Controls.Add etc). I want to save the contents as well as the image inside the picturebox.

Ok what's happening is I'm pulling in a Tiff file that can have multiple pages. I selected the first frame, draw a stamp image to it and save it as a different file name.When I do this, it is only saving the first page of the tiff file. How do I get all of the pages to save?
