WINFORM Random Info Generation - Auto Generate Username From Firstname, Lastname

I need to make a form like this [URL] [URL]
For Firstname and Lastname: When you click to random Button it will auto pick random Firstname from Firstname.txt and random Lastname from Lastname.txt
For Username: when you click to random Username Button it will auto generate Username from firstname, lastname, string, number like this
new enough at something like this, I know my button is all over the place but in short: Listbox contains "Lastname, Firstname" and I wan to flip it to "Firstname Lastname" Using a string.split I can find the comma and remove it but getting sub strings for the rest of the item and exchanging them is beyond me. here's what I have:

i am trying to teach myself vb (im only 14), and i'm not having a easy time. What im trying to do, i need a user to define a upper and lower bound of a range. I'm working on a project that produces quite a few pdf's through Crystal Reports. The problem I'm facing is quite random. Users are reporting that reports sometimes get generated too small (report scaled down to 70% or so and printed upon the pdf) and also that some reports are being printed in landscape while they were designed in portrait and vice versa.
what could cause these random changes in generation? and maybe a solution?
About 5 years ago I wrote this program in Excellusing VBA to compute commissions, income and expenses for the real estate agents in my wife's business.The company is made up of about 50 agents. Part of the program includes a combobox on a main form when a name was selected it also selected, the agent id, and the split the agent was on. It would calculate the split expense that my wife got by multiplying the split percentage from the combobox times the total commission.The main form also contained various other comboboxes, list boxes, and text boxes to gather such info as property address, selling price, titles company, transaction credit,income,Once all the info was complete my wife was asked if she wanted to save the transaction. If the answer was yes, the info was transferred to the permanate database, a commision report for the agent and my wife was printed out, and the temporary database was cleared.
I am making a project on cyber cafe and I want to generate username and password automatically on different clicks. I am using txtusername.text=cstr(int(rnd()*1000)) It gives random numbers but in a same sequence like whenever I run and click on generate button it shows 973 again click 950 again click 939 But when I close my program and again running program then same sequence starting from 973 973 again click 950 again click 939 So I want codes for generating random string or integer without repeating sequence after programme closing again and again.
Can anyone provide some details on a way to have a thumbnail image of a random file appear in a panel on a form? I'm working on a project that requires this functionality when a user clicks on a item in a checkedlistbox. This way users can auto-preview a file. All code that I found applies to actual image files, so I'm getting "Parameter is not valid" errors when attempting to create a bitmap thumbnail of a text file. Would a printpreview control work? what I have mainform with two labels Text is User and Pass. I have a button on the main form called Set that opens the login form. There I have two textboxes, UserName and PassWord. and two buttons Save and Load. When you type the user names & password into the textboxes, and click save, if file exists you will be prompted to replace existing file. I also have added code to display the user name and password in the labels on the main form. Once you save the file I can now close the project and reopen the project click the set button to bring up the login form, and click load. Now the file is read and the saved username and password text is displayed in the proper textboxes on the login form.I also added the code to display the textboxes in the labels on the main form. Now I'm trying to use the lable text to fill the username and password textboxes on a login form of a website. I've tinkered with several different codes to do this but everything I have done has failed. I really need help getting started in the right direction. i have a few buttons on a form that link to website url's that i would like to login to automatically, But they have a pop-up login that is displayed. I have a text file where i store the user names and passwords and then read them as variables. How can i get them to be entered automatically when i click on the link buttons in my form?
I am trying to speed up the development phase by using codesmith for generating the business class DAL and info class for the tables of my project. There are about 50 tables with relationships parent child many to many and for retrieving data I have to code several inner joins in stored procedures. I have to combine fields from many tables and this makes working with the info class difficult. Is there anyway to generate info class from stored procedures or to be more exact is there a way to parse the result set of the stored procedure and to generate the info class with properties for every column in that result set.

I've published a different take on a log in system on CodeProject [URL] and I've got some free time, so I thought I'd have a look at password recovery/reset.It was suggested on the article that I look into sending the account owner a single use, random url where they can reset their password if the account gets locked because of too many invalid login attempts/forgotten password.So far, I'm thinking I just have to generate a random string in a "recovery" field in the database table for the user's row and then check if the requested URL on the site is the same as the value for that field, then dynamically draw the page server-side.

How to generate random letter but it must between a-z only, I mean is no aa,ab just 1 letter like a,b,c, ..... z.except letter e, because letter e cannot be use as a variable.
